Swift Urgent Clinic

I saw Swift’s PA, Preston Reugebrink, today and he made an unpleasant experience (injured shoulder), pleasant! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All of the staff members that I interacted with today were amazing. I highly recommend Swift Urgent Clinic!

My experience today at Swift Urgent Cate was excellent. The staff professional and concerned about my issues, provided the care needed, with follow up in the future.

Candie Slider PA is extremely smart and professional. She addressed my issue with knowledge and genuine concern for my elbow pain. She ordered immediate x-rays and had me scheduled for an MRI. She is very 'swift'. The visit was less than 30 minutes from check-in to check out. I would highly recommend Candie and Swift Urgent Clinic!

Greeted warmly and checked in quickly. I was seen right away by a PA, X-Ray within 10 minutes, then reviewed by the PA. Great experience.

Everyone at Swift was helpful and professional. We got in for a same day appointment and the whole thing start to finish was quick and easy. Sondra Arnett was fabulous!

I came into the office in extreme excruciating pain from a pinched nerve. The staff was very helpful and nice. A special shout out for Preston Reugebrink, his assistant, and the X-Ray staff who were took their time to make me feel comfortable knowing just how bad I was feeling. I really appreciated it considering that is a rare thing now sadly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has orthopedic issues. Thanks again guys!!!!!!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had in regards to a medical situation. From the in processing which was very professional and quick to the consultation with Preston who was very thorough and caring. He made this process understandable and received my input. I left totally stress free and encouraged with the upcoming process.

Candie, PA was wonderful. I felt really examined thoroughly and she was attentive to my special case.

I had a superb experience yesterday at Swift Urgent Clinic. I walked in with a wrist injury and within an hour we had x-rays and got a cast put on so I could make my 5pm appointment! First cast ever so I'm still a little excited about that!

Preston is an excellent person and assistant.
Make you feel welcome and that he cares about you and about what you are suffering from.

Fast and amazing care! Dr. Oswald-Bauer listens to all your concerns and gives you all available options. The staff at Swift are excellent, from start to finish.

Dr. Slider is great! Shes very thorough, attentive and takes the time to answer questions.

I am seeing Dr. Price next week, but in the meantime I’ve been in unbearable pain. I decided to go into Swift Urgent Care to see if I could get lidocaine injections just to have a little bit of relief even if for a few hours. From the minute I walked in and talked with Cassandra and Brian (who was training) to meeting with Sondra PA-C every single person was compassionate, caring, and I felt safe. After going through with an exam, vitals, and looking at my labs; Sondra ultimately decided it wouldn’t be safe for me to get the lidocaine injections. I appreciate care that’s personalized to the person and not just “clinical” and puts everyone in the same category, and even though I wasn’t able to get the lidocaine injection in the end, I highly recommend Swift Urgent Care.

I, unfortunately, seem to frequent Swift with my children's sports injuries. The staff here is always incredibly nice and helpful. They get us in and out very quickly every time that we have to go in. From the front desk to the PA's, x-ray techs and Candy, they are all amazing!

Swift is the place to go. Do not waste your time or money on an ER for anything orthopedic. I have visited the ER twice and got no relief. I came to the Swift urgent care and received professional, compassionate care. I also brought my mother here after visiting doctors and emergency rooms to no avail. Candaleria Hochnadal Slider PAC, is thorough, kind, compassionate and followed up with me regarding my mother on several occasions and also with my husband’s care. The entire staff is amazing.

I was able to get taken care of promptly and efficiently.I felt very comfortable reassured and relieved that I had someone looking for solutions to help me. Candalera was very thorough with my immediate options and my long term care plan. Best visit on my worst day very grateful to have found this location and Candalera!

P.A. Arnett showed concern for my muscle and spine related issues, spoke to me in a calm manner and in layman's terms, so that I completely understood all that was wrong with me and how best to move forward in the healing process. Thank You to everyone involved from the phone operator, check in receptionist, x-ray technician and, of course, P.A. Arnett. This was far better than just heading to urgent care and hoping for the best. :::Fingers Crossed::: I will be "back to normal" soon!

I have never felt more comfortable at an urgent care clinic than I did when visiting Swift. Their staff listened to my concerns, doubts, and comments and did everything they could to make sure I felt listened to and comfortable. Setting up appointments, making payments was quick and easy. I was always able to speak to a live person when calling in to confirm appointment times, cancel or reschedule. Overall my experience with Swift was amazing, thank you to the wonderful staff!!
