Excellent care, compassionate and supportive staff. The appointment time was exactly as scheduled.

Amy, the dental hygienist, was personable, kind, and didn't cause me pain during my cleaning. She's the best hygienist I've ever had.

Dr. Besso is down-to-earth and not pretentious at all. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Besso took the time to attend to me and even provided care on the same day.

Unfortunately, high-quality customer service is the exception rather than the rule.

That being said, I highly recommend Dr. Besso and his team to everyone who wants to be cared for and receive the right treatment instead of what is most profitable for the dentist.

I have been a patient in their sleep therapy program for almost 2 years. Tonya has been wonderful to work with, always listening carefully and working with me on strategies to improve my breathing at night. She is a true professional.

This was my husband's first visit and he said after we left that he was happy because he finally got answers regarding his ear and jaw. He was pleased with the entire staff and will get the required treatments here because they instilled confidence in him regarding their abilities.

Dr. Caffaratti has been my Dentist for over 35 years! Our excellent care from him was worth remaining with Caffaratti Dental Group even though our insurance no longer considers them a in network provider.
Not only this but his trusted surgical assistant Debbie is also very skilled and trusted.

Your hygienist, Heidi is very professional and has a great personality and she also is very gentle. She made a huge impression on me last time I came in, and asked me why I couldn't spend at least just 2 minutes a day doing a better job. What is 2 minutes a day? So, my exam this time was much better and faster and less painful. You have a asset by retaining Heidi

Very kind and helpful! Had severe tooth pain for several days and my previous dentist would not help me. I called this dental office and was seen right away and was given so much needed help! Definitely recommend!

Today was my first visit, but the team I experienced were friendly, competent, and speedy. The dentist I saw today seemed like a straight shooter.

I've never had a bad experience here. The front staff are super friendly, I'm a little intimidated by the person in charge of payments but that's more because discussing money is always terrifying. She's quite nice and understanding. Everything is always clean and tidy. Very sanitary. Amy is very sweet and somehow remembers little things about our interactions even though we only meet once every three months. Since letting someone poke around my mouth is pretty personal, being remembered makes me feel safer and less nervous. They remind me frequently before an appointment probably to make sure if I can't make it that I cancel ahead of time, but it helps. I have terrible memory. Overall a great place. I even recommended my brother to here and he says it's nice even though he never has any opinions on places so that's good.

I went into Caffaratti Dental Group with high expectations, and I was not disappointed! I was looking for a new dentist and I was so lucky to find a great dentist office. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing, and they treated me with kindness.
Their examination was very thorough. They took x-ray after x-ray and a scan of my upper jaw and lower jaw and every tooth. For all of their efforts and kindness this visit was very affordable. I cannot not say enough great things about Caffaratti Dental Group. Thank you to everyone at Caffaratti Dental Group.
