I have been to so many dentists and truly, nothing compares to Champagne Family Dentistry. The second you walk in you feel welcomed. Their office ambiance is a more relaxed feel and makes you feel at ease. The staff is by far the best. The staff truly listens to your concerns and they work with you to create a dental care plan that works for YOU! The front staff will show you the breakdown of expected costs before your next appointment, so their is no painful surprise. The scheduling is quick and easy, booking times are not month and months away. They also make in-house crowns that are 3d printed, so not having to get s temp crown then come back weeks later is insanely convenient. Oh and let's not forget the free coffee while you wait for your appointment! If you want the best care for your family, I would absolutely recommend them! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Our family has been coming to Champagne for about two and a half years. We love everything about it - the staff are warm and welcoming and are always happy to help us with scheduling changes and insurance questions. Treatments are gentle and effective, balancing care and technology for a good experience. They are always proactive about sharing options and helping us plan how to structure our treatments. I would strongly recommend anyone bring their family to Champagne!

I have been a patient at Champagne Family dentistry for the last 17 years. They are welcoming and friendly. When I got Married and had kids I made sure the whole family was seen. I love Dr. Drew, he makes sure to explain what he is doing and any procedures that are needed.

Dr. Barrara has a great bedside manner. Super easy to talk to and very nice. I came in to get established and asked about a teeth cleaning. They fit me in the same day. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough. I highly recommend Champagne Family Dentistry.

We have felt very well taken care of at Champagne Family Dentistry for many years and have always had a wonderful experience there. Our kids enjoy their pediatric office just as much. They are so very soft and sweet with how young our kiddos are.

My experience at Champagne Family Dentistry has always been nothing more than amazing. The staff are well trained, very friendly and professional. The office is very clean, so welcoming that you feel right at home. I am from Jamaica, and I love my country, but I had bad experiences back home and was scared to go to the dentist for a while. I came across this dental practice and I have been with them since 2019 and I will remain with them for as long as I live in Reno. The level of service I receive with every dental care at Champagne is phenomenal. They clean my teeth with so much care, they listen to my request when it comes to cleaning, and I am always left with so much knowledge on what I can do to maintain healthy teeth. Plus, they always have these flavored chopsticks that are free for their clients which is a bonus for me lol. I am happy to have found them and would recommend them to my friends and family. We've been going to Champagne Family Dentistry for over 10 years now. Love having pediatric and adult dentistry side by side when our daughter was younger so we could have appointments same day. The service has always been top notch in both offices. Thank you for your continued care of our family!

I've been going to Champagne for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it! I have never had an issue getting an appointment and I've never had to wait very long either. Everyone there has always been incredibly nice, going above and beyond, and it is 100% worth the 30 minute drive from my house!

They are always so nice and caring when it comes to patient care. There was a mix up that was out of everyone’s control and they still handled everything grace. They are out of my way but totally worth going when I need a cleaning purely for their customer care!

I called last night in so much pain and they got me right in today, took X-rays and got me in to oral surgeon tomorrow. Everyone from the receptionist on was exceptionally kind, caring and helpful. as well as patient with me & very explanatory answering my questions which I appreciate so much! I don’t think going to the dentist is anyone’s favorite thing to do but they made it as pleasant as possible😊. 🦷🪥

It was great, a tiny bit more exspensive than my last dentist but totally worth it! They even use room temp water on your teeth instead of freezing cold water, I've never experienced that I almost cried with joy. Really good quality work and service options. They even 3d printed my crown right then and there no waiting or having to come back to place it.

I have a huge fear of dental work in general. The staff and Drs made me very comfortable and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met and addressed before, during, and after my procedure.

The doctors and staff at the Sparks location have all been a pleasure to deal with for the 5+ years we have been seeing them. I have one older child that can get nervous and they are great at helping him relax. We have rarely experienced a delay and I know I can rely on them to keep us informed of upcoming treatments.

Ever since I was little I was afraid to go to the dentist. At Champagne Family Dentistry they made me feel so comfortable, treating me with such compassion and respect. They made me feel so welcomed. They made sure to explain everything throughly to me. It’s safe to say I no longer fear to go to the dentist but instead I look forward to all my visits!

I ABSOLUTELY love LOVE everyone at Champagne Family Dentistry! I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr. Defilippi is so calming and patient with me and makes the experience tolerable. So happy to find a dentist that truly cares for her patients.

It was my family’s 1st visit to this dentist office in Reno and it won’t be our last. I was referred here by a friend and they never disappoint. I brought my wife and 1 year old son, who which they were so amazing with even at 8am with him yelling and blabbering, on a Monday! We felt very comfortable with the Dr Link and his staff who even got us in for a same day cleaning! It’s been years since we both had any dental work done and I was so happy that they were able to squeeze us in. I love the dentist and Champagne Dentistry reminded me why. Thanks so much folks!

Sarah is really good , very professional , very accommodating and pleasant and have good customer service. Explained well the process and answered all my questions.
