Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

A week ago, on Sunday, we were traveling through WY and were involved in an accident due to a storm. The desk clerk did her best to accommodate our needs. She showed genuine concern for our situation.
Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great.

I rarely write reviews but this place is just too exceptional not to.

I almost went to another hotel because the price was a little higher than I had hoped, however, I decided to go for it anyway, and I'm very glad that I did.

The girl at the front desk (Aurora) was very nice and helpful; there were fresh baked cookies and hot cider out for guests to help themselves to.

My room was pristine and neat. I'm a very health conscious person and I was very happy to see that they offered non-toxic, high quality soaps.

I'll definitely be staying here again in the future; highly recommended!!!

I had called awhile back to set up a reservation for me and my partners anniversary. When we checked in they went out of their way with a little surprise that made our night! The room was spacious with high ceilings and a very comfy bed. The front desk attendant was super nice and we loved talking with her. Also, thank you to Jaime for our beautiful rooms!

This place defines the term hospitality. Immediately upon arrival, staff greeted us with smiles and kind words. We were staying with our two cats and they welcomed them as well with a little treat bag. Their signature cookies also greeted us and my goodness were they delicious!

The room itself was clean, clearly well-maintained and smelled great. The showers get nice and hot and the bed was next-level comfy. But what really makes this place shine is the highly personal touch they add to everything. They actually signed the service cards!

We’ve been staying at hotels all across the country on our coast-to-coast move so I can confidently say this was the best breakfast as well. Everything was warm and tasty (I wished that biscuit never ended), and they actually seasoned their hash brown potatoes to perfection. A lot of other hotels don’t bother to put seasoning in their breakfast offerings!

If you’re in the area and need a stop, trust me when I say stop here. The location is excellent and right off I-80 across from a gas station, which is perfect for getting back on the road. Not to mention there are several options if you need to DoorDash a meal! 10/10 would recommend.

Best Western was such a great to stop and get just the rest we needed. Rooms were clean and beds were cozy. The breakfast was also better than other places I've stayed at in the past. THANK YOU, I will be back.

I visited for Cheyenne Frontier Days for the first time, and this was the best hotel to stay at for it. I originally booked for the price because it was more affordable for my group. When I saw how far it was from everything, I was a bit worried, but when I checked in I learned they had a free shuttle to the fairgrounds! They also had souvenir bags that were so nice and a happy hour for guests. The lobby and rooms were immaculate, despite the number of people visiting. I had people in my group that made the vacation very difficult, but the staff was so kind despite the extra hassle. I was so stressed, and I cannot express how much I appreciated everyone from front desk to shuttle drivers, to cleaning staff, and the amazing gent handling the breakfast every morning. They food was great! The location is a bit out there so definitely plan food accordingly, but the area is super quiet. I appreciated being able to sit in the lobby with a cup of coffee. I almost did not want to leave a review to keep this gem a secret but y'all deserve to be praised and good business. Bless y'all you saved my vacation from the stress my party was causing me.

An excellent little getaway with some fo the friendliest staff we could have. They had very clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Overall I would say this is one of if not the best hotel in Cheyenne!

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. We were greeted w goody bags, later there was a happy hour w snacks and drinks (kid friendly), their breakfast was great, they have to-go bags with breakfast goods if you are on the go. Everything was very clean, staff were friendly. The only negative would be the price 500 a night for Cheyenne Frontier Days. But it was nice to stay somewhere with so much hospitality and friendly staff, can’t remember the last time I experienced that.

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we arrived, all staff members were friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. The room was clean and orderly. There is a truck stop nearby, but not much else, which we prefer over staying in a busier area. The breakfast selection was nice and the attendant was wonderful. For any future visits to Cheyenne, we will definitely stay here again.

The kids and I hit the a good halfway point and stopped in for the night. I didn't grab any pictures because after 14 hours of driving, all I wanted to do was crawl in bed. The room was cool and extremely comfortable. This morning, I hit the gym and despite it's size, I was able to get in a good workout and ran some on the treadmill. Breakfast was great and the attendant kept everything fresh. Very happy with our stay and a welcomed recoup to finish our trip.

The best roadside hotel we've ever been to. Management at the highest level. Cozy, carefully cleaned room, excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi with hot water. The breakfast is simply excellent, the chef constantly monitors the availability of dishes in abundance. Pleasant staff greets guests in the lobby, and also offers hot cider or cold lemonade to your taste. The stop was unplanned, the trip was work-related. Therefore, it was even more pleasant to spend such a wonderful holiday in this hotel.

My semi broke down n needed a room. They had some available. Had to wait to check in but no big deal. The staff tho top notch ! By far the absolute best Best Western I've ever stayed at. I asked for a room on 1st floor they accommodated. The room was great , bed was awesome, shower awesome, TV selection awesome. But let me tell y'all something...Their morning breakfast is on a whole different level!!! They had pancakes, sausage links , Canadian bacon, sausage patties ( after the links were gone ) , 3 or 4 different juices , biscuits n gravy , cereal, muffins ,bagels, English muffins, no clue as to how many different canisters with hot liquid ( coffee , tea maybe) . Pets are ALLOWED. Easy to get to right off I 80 across from the pilot truck stop. You wanna know of good places to eat the staff knows there stuff , door dash does deliver, subway right across at the pilot.

Stayed here while traveling cross country with a large dog. Rooms were clean & quiet. There was ample outdoor space for my dog to go to the bathroom. Only downside is your a little far from town if you want food but it is in a quiet area. Breakfast was stocked even at 9:30. Would stay again.

Great stay! Pet friendly, including a treat bag. Pet area is grassy and easy to get to from any part of the hotel. Ample free parking. Super nice staff. So clean I felt comfortable sitting down in the bathtub. Supplies and towels well stocked. The whitest white bedding ever. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of dinner options nearby, you'll have to drive a couple of miles to downtown or Doordash.

What a wonderful hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were large and spacious. The bathroom had a long counter and all the soap and shampoo that were needed. The shower was great. Plus in the morning with the free breakfast... there were so many options of good fresh food! The cook was even able to accommodate food allergies: dairy-free and gluten-free. I have never stayed in a hotel that made sure I had something to eat before leaving! Staff is great, clean rooms and just overall was a great stay. It May be on the industrial section of town but it's definitely worth it to stay here!

We were passing through on a family trip and had a wonderful rest here. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were so refreshing after a long day of travel. We all had a great sleep.

Amazing staff, fun very knowledgeable about Cheyenne and the community, made me feel at home and I now have a wonderful friend I can visit when I travel.
I loved the rooms and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
My room was super clean as was the whole facility.
I'm sure there are more expensive places to stay in town....although it would be hard to find a more peaceful and comfortable rest stop such as this one.

Was able to get a room last minute when our truck was in the shop down the street. Friendly staff. The lady allowed us to extend our check out as our truck wouldn't be ready til later afternoon. Good breakfast. Definitely would stay again! Reasonably priced! Pet friendly!
