Stayed on Way to Utah! Reading some reviews was a little worried. Glad I didn't listen to them. They room was wonderful! Comfortable bed Cleanest room I've been in forever! The decor was beautiful. Simple but good breakfast with yogurt eggs and fresh fruit! Check in gal was very pleasant!! We will definitely stay again!!

The service was awesome. We had a great stay. There were a few things that got missed when it was cleaned before us. One sheet had something that spilled down the edge of the fitted sheet and my dog found something crunchy in a corner of the room and there cigarette butts scattered by the hotel entry. Other than that, our stay was great and we would stay there again.

While I did not stay at this establishment I was able to get a customer eye view of the rooms. Like all of the motels in the near vicinity it is not exactly pretty on the outside. On the inside it isn't exactly luxurious either. But I did see that the rooms were quite clean and they're fairly spacious. The decor is fitting for its location. And it wasn't obnoxious, but it is simple and a tad bit western. I think it was adequate for a place to stay for a few days or even longer if necessary. The staff I viewed were diligently doing what they do in a pace that I certainly could not keep up with. They are professional in demeanor and didn't seem like they had an issue with anyone and everyone that was likely in their way as some employees at similar places of business. I know that the front desk had been accommodating by hearing conversations of people I had been transporting and the front desk/management. So my take on the Super 8 is 5 complete stars. No, I don't think it's anything like a high end fancy type of motel/hotel but they really seem to have all the bases covered, so to speak. So it is now said. 5 stars for doing as expected and more than likely a place that will go out of their way to make sure you have a clean, comfortable rest at. I don't have a clue about the pricing as I did not stay there. This review is based on my observations and my personal experiences with this level of lodging.

We arrived in Cheyenne late, and Adam at the front desk got us a room at a great rate, without a reservation. There is no elevator. This location is only a short walk from downtown Cheyenne. The room was slightly dated, but clean. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast included, yum! Kitchenette available in the lobby. The only downside was the noise from freight trains passing by on the other side of the highway, every 45 minutes, day and night. However if you close your window you won't hear much.

Nice hotel, smallish rooms. Even though there are 2 queen beds, they barely fit. The free wifi works enough for me to do some school, but is by no means fast.

I was impressed with how clean and updated the rooms were. Beds were okay. No bugs. We were traveling and just looking for a place to sleep for the night and it did the job. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

We've been here since Oct 28. 2023. The hotel staff has been helpful and friendly. Examples: clean sheets and towels when requested. The owner had a Thanksgiving dinner for guests who were here on that day. I feel secure staying here, cameras inside and out, outside lights all around the building. Pets are aloud.

Had a great stay here!! After 15 hours of driving, we wanted a place to shower and rest for the night. First we reserved rooms at Motel 6 and had the worst experience and ended up leaving there and coming straight to this Super 8 and I’m so happy we did. Cindy at the front desk was the sweetest! She was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were top notch, the beds comfortable, and shower was amazing. The rooms were so clean! We got a great nights rest and in the morning had some of the complimentary breakfast before hitting the road again which was more than we could’ve asked for. Also huge plus that they’re pet friendly. Overall very happy with my experience here, we felt safe and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Super 8 standards met. Great staff,good value for price. A little bit of train noise but no noise from other rooms. Quiet refrigerator,quiet bath fan, and up to date modern a/c-heater unit. We just wanted basic clean quiet room. Breakfast was cold stuff but thats ok. Dog friendly $20. 3rd floor wifi not work but did in lobby

Friendly, fairly priced, and clean. If you're not sure where to stay after an exhausting day on the road, this place is for you.

A year ago we were moving cross country when our car needed immediate maintenance. We had already had a bad experience at another nearby hotel, were tired from traveling, and had pets with us. This place had a pet-friendy room and the staff were kind and professional. We got to relax while the car was being fixed.

Came back to Cheyenne this year for a vacation and stayed here again. Exactly the same hotel experience; clean and friendly. The hallways show some wear and tear, but the rooms have "wood" floors and nice furniture. Small rooms, it is not a big hotel.

Split level building where the first floor rooms are partly below ground level. Only stairs, no elevator to top floor, but a ramp is available to the bottom floor. If someone in your group has mobility issues, definitely request a bottom floor room.

Other reviews mentioned the noise, and they are correct. There are a major highway, nearby train tracks, children and pets, and thin walls to interrupt your peace. That's just how it is!

For dog owners, there is plenty of space outside the hotel and even a small park-like area for walking. A few grills and picnic tables are also available if you need to get out of your room for a while.

Clean older motel. Pleasant staff. Convenient location.

The staff was so friendly and we felt so welcome!
My Labrador Retriever, Buddy, was able to accompany us and they had adequate space outside for him to use the bathroom which was super nice to have while we were traveling.
The room itself was super clean and I was genuinely surprised by how nice their travel shampoo and conditioner was!

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone with furry family members.😊

They care. They actually do. We had been searching for a place to stay for over 4 hours, car packed from the end of an expensive year lease in which case the landlord only increased rent during COVID. Ugh.......neverless......we're excited for a new beginning until we couldn't find any hotel in town to take us in for a week between homes. That's all we honestly need. And this was who listened and helped us in our hour of need. Towels, clean, comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave, coffee, and breakfast. Everyone smiles. People actually talk to you in the morning in the dining room. Everyone and everything was more than we could have asked for. Now this is a place you can bring your kids and pets to. It matters more in this world 🌎. Now more than ever, it matters how you are welcomed and shown people truly care when you're just simply trying to keep going. ❤. Thank you.

This is an excellent Super 8! Adam at the front desk was very helpful and gave us an outstanding restaurant recommendation. The rooms are top notch; clean, new, and have a wonderful Western flair! The breakfast includes hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, and fruit. Much better than the last three motels on this road trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We needed a nice affordable room for the night this fit the bill. The room was clean, modern, quiet. Easy drive to downtown. Close to the interstate.

Nice clean room. Comfy bed. Hot showers. Wifi is good! Cable TV with OnDemand! In room coffee, microwave, fridge. Plenty of plug outlets! No iron/ironing board

I was glad to be stuck here for a few days. On Demand kept me entertained.

Only bad things was this room is next to the stair well. People are inconsiderate! Also paper thin walls and floor. You can hear everything!!

Basic rooms but very clean. I really liked that they had laminate flooring rather than carpet. Breakfast was also very basic but available. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
