TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cheyenne Southwest/Downtown Area

I was pleasantly surprised! We booked a room because we saw it was pet friendly. The location was quiet and we slept great.

I was promptly greeted by Diane and who was friendly, accommodating, and charismatic. After a 9 hour drive I found her refreshing.

I was so pleased with the service and room, I booked another room at the Twin Falls location the following night!

We stayed here for one night on a cross country move. Excellent location right off the interstate with easy access to get back on I-80 (very nice if you're driving a moving truck). The hotel is new, has a nice clean pool, breakfast options were good. We stayed in a 2 br suite, it was very spacious and a really nice treat after four long days of driving.

I live locally. I got a room for me and my sister. She was just diagnosed with lung cancer, terminal. We just needed to get away for a breather to deal with it. I had to work during our stay but Janette let me know she would be there for my sister. When I showed up after working all day I learned from my sister that Janette had went above and beyond to be there for my sister while I was away. I will definitely recommend this place and Janette!!!

They were fantastic. I was displayed due to a leak in my home has been ridiculous. They were very accommodating front. Desk was nice.

Recently stayed for 1 night. Would like to thank Diana at the front desk for a seemless check-in process and amazing attitude. Gave us some pointers on nearby dinning (that turned out great). Rooms were clean and well organized (kitchen, work desk, sofa etc).

Loved it! Our room was great. Plenty of area to walk our dogs.

Clean property, very well stocked, lovely staff, the front desk and breakfast lady who helped us were both wonderful and the food was super yummy ! The rooms are very comfy and we had a relaxing stay with our pets!

Just spent a week at this facility. The room was set up for working and breakfasts were great! Kudos to Marcele…you were so pleasant and helpful and had a smile on your face every morning. Will definitely stay again.

I ended up staying in this hotel after a bad snowstorm hit on my way back across Wyoming. Carlea at the front desk was an absolute joy and so helpful! She made sure I was able to get a room (which was very nice) and truly went above and beyond. It really made the entire stay that much more wonderful and I'm so grateful!!

Happy new year! I arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 am after a big snow from other side of mountain. The road to the hotel was hard and dangerous.(not cleaned at all on the road in the hill). But i was lucky and arrived my destination and got warm welcome of the hotel. Today is the first day of02022. Happy new year.

The service team is great, the hotel is very clean. I like this hotel.

I’m a titanium elite member with Marriott and have spent 350+ nights over the years in various Marriott hotels across the country. I had about as good of an experience at this hotel as you can get.

I stayed here on a 4-day, 2,200 mile roadtrip on the July 4th weekend. We got in late with a pup after a very long day of driving. And after I had personally made a mistake booking this hotel for the wrong night (whoops!).

Jennette at the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. She seemed to know exactly everything I wanted to know and avoided all the stuff I didn’t need to know. She did all the right things to make the hotel feel warm and inviting.

The room was very clean, spacious, and very well laid out. Great place to stay to relax, stretch out, and get some sleep before hitting the road again.

The people are nice. Management is good. Diana is superb!

I mean to start…. Diana is amazing. early check in. Great hospitality and local knowledge or surrounding restaurants and bars! A true welcome home!

Cheyenne is a great place. We stayed in a 2 bd suite. It was very clean and the layout was perfect. Close to town center but far enough to not have to fight traffic everywhere.

Very new, clean, large room, and most importantly, nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Me and my family stayed there for one night, check-in and check-out is fast and easy, our room is large and well-equipped.

I want to thank Ed especially because he still offered us breakfast when we arrived at cafeteria after the breakfast period. He is a super nice, helpful and polite gentlemen.

My husband and I stayed at the suites for 2 nights. Renee at the front desk was so welcoming and courteous. Eddie at the breakfast buffet was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and offered a full refrigerator, desk, sofa and king size bed. I definitely recommended this hotel; the staff and the hotel amenities are worth it !

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Clean and very friendly check-in. The person running breakfast service was awesome.

We came here for a week long project for work. When we arrived Kaitlyn greeted us and made us feel welcome. We all agreed that she is a great representation for tge hotel and that her service made us want to choose this hotel every time we return to Cheyenne.

The rooms are amazing, very clean and well stocked on the essentials. The rest of the staff was always eager to help assist us in anyway. If I could leave a 10 star, this hotel would get it.

Wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, modern, spacious & comfortable for my family of 5 (6 if you count doggo). Took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen & cooked dinner 1 night. Daughter enjoyed the indoor pool (no hot tub. Bummer).
