Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheyenne, an IHG Hotel

Best hotel I have stayed at in Cheyenne. Great little swimming pool and hot tub. Good breakfast. Clean. Quiet. Nice rooms. Convenient location near the interstate.

We checked in later at night/early morning and the gentleman was really nice and helpful. I absolutely love the breakfast there.

We had a wonderful stay. Service at front desk and in restaurant was exceptional. Room was very nice, good size and clean. We happened to get a top floor corner room which was very quiet and pleasing. Outdoor seating or a nice lobby to enjoy a complimentary coffee in, and a view of the mountains. One of the best stays we have had! Thank you so much!

We stayed here as we were passing through Wyoming to South Dakota for July 4th celebrations. It was easy to access the property right off the highway. Our room was clean and ready for us on arrival.

Sammi was so sweet to make sure a special request I had made on my parents' behalf was carried by out! She even called me the next day to make sure it had worked out, because she'd gone home early the day before. Way to go so far above and beyond what I had asked of her! Thank you for making their stay even better. My parents were especially impressed with the breakfast and breakfast attendant. "It was the best breakfast on our trip so far, with THE NICEST breakfast attendant ever. And they had REAL oatmeal!" My mom exclaimed. So thank you guys, especially Sammi and the breakfast attendant, for all your hard work! (They deserve a raise!)

Awesome all the way around. Rooms were spotless, front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and check in was extremely fast. Breakfast was perfect. Pool and hot tub were exactly what I needed. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience.

I coach U15 girls soccer team, and we had stayed there on 4/9. This review isn't based off the amenities, rooms or the food. It's based off the absolutely exceptional service that miss Lillian provided us. Calm, professional, and just a lovely human being.

There was unfortunately a creepy drunk guy that had begun to follow my girls and try to talk to them, Lillian handled him with professionalism and ease, and even called the police for us when he failed to listen to her directions.

As a coach, my responsibility is the safety of my girls, and she made us, the girls, and the other parents feel safe, valued and protected.

What ever you are paying miss Lillian, it's not enough.

She truly is one of a kind.

We were traveling through Wyoming when a bad storm delayed our trip. We stopped here for safety and the staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. We had a positive experience! Clean facility. Nice king size bed room. The lady at check in and out in the morning was great as well as the lady serving breakfast. Would recommend.

Outstanding above and beyond service!!! We've been on the road for a week when we stopped here. Just what we needed. The room was spectacular. The facility overall was great. Free breakfast and all the time coffee. When we come this way again, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super elegant and classy. We got there late on mother's day and every place to eat was packed but they still told us that if we visited some specific places, they would give us 10% off if we mentioned them. Even though we didn't get to eat out but the selection of food/snacks in their little shop was great. The hottub was out of order but we got the pool to ourselves and it was nice and refreashing after a 10 hour drive on our cross country trip. I highly recommend this hotel, Holiday Inn Express was the main hotel chain we stayed at for the majority of our trip and I will always pick Holiday Inn Express for when i travel, they are always super clean and professional and go out of their way to make a stay pleasent.

Place is actually decent. Rooms were clean . Breakfast selection was huge. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Holiday Inn. The fitness room has free weights! Overnight desk staff was attentive and pleasant! I left the hotel at 2am on a couple of occasions for work and was greeted as if it were the middle of the day.
Returned in February 2020 and experienced the same amazing service. This hotel is doing it right! Thank you for another great stay.
Returned in February 2022 and they are still doing it right here!

Very nice place to rest your head. Clean room, comfortable beds and warm friendly service. Looked newly remodeled in warm brown and tan tones that reminds you that you are in the west.

The motel itself was clean and in an area that had everything you might need!

These people have been BEYOND AMAZING. My boyfriend and I had loved to Wyoming because he's military and didn't have a place to stay for two days. The staff let me relax in the lobby even though I was already checked out because I had no where to go. My car battery died and they helped jumpstart it and have just went above and beyond to help me. I can't thank them enough. Even the night staff is just as awesome. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Nice big spacious rooms, which had a refrigerator and microwave. Nice pool but kind of small but our kids still had a blast.

I am a mother with my son and I checked in very late last night. There was a man there who I felt unsafe with and I expressed this and the employee working was absolutely superb !!! she made sure I felt safe immediately. she was professional ; she was quick on her feet and super supportive -highly recommend. Shout out to Sammi💖💖

Great place for weary travelers. Staff was great, rooms were very nice, clean, quite and secure. Free breakfast in the morning to start out right. The Gentleman working the dining there had his hands full with a high school team traveling thru and he served all with a great smile and never missed a beat. Tremendous service, God bless him. We will make this a stop in future travels.

The hotel is located right off of I25 and I80 making it easy to find from the Interstates. The building is modern and clean with 2 restaurants within walking distance including an Outback Steak House. The staff was amazing and went very far out of their way to accommodate me. Long breakfast hours every day. Pet free and non smoking throughout. I would love to stay here again.
