Tru by Hilton Cheyenne

The room was small but very comfortable and efficient. There was a mini fridge but not a microwave. So I used the microwave in the breakfast and snacks area. There was a pool table in the lobby!! The place was new, clean, and a little funky. Will definitely try to stay there again next time through.

GREAT hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms, lots of fun stuff to do at it including a pool table and pool.
But more than just the hotel itself the staff is AMAZING. Friendly and inviting. Truly helpful.
One in particular person I thought was just wonderful is the front desk woman named "Whitney" (not only is she great for sharing the same cool name) (; but she truly is friendly, involved in what she's doing, quick to get you checked in, makes life easier when you go and forget your purse across the county (oops) great at making suggestions on where to go in the city of Cheyenne for food and anything else you need. She is also so welcoming to every person she interacts with!
I will always stay at this hotel on my many trips I make a year to Cheyenne!

I really like this hotel it has a pool and very nice rooms and the beds are so soft. Hope to be staying here again. 5 stars 🌟

Stayed here over around 8 times now and is one of my favorite hotels. Located a little out of the way with great highway access, big TV's in the rooms, always really clean and it feels very modern. Highly recommend if you are staying the night in Cheyenne.

Staff was great, really nice hotel looked like it had just been built and was quite modern. I didn't stay for breakfast but all other Hilton hotels have had good breakfast. Would recommend.

Decent place. It was clean. Just felt cold and more for a business professional doing work not a small family.

Nice clean modern styled rooms and lobby. Love hardwood floors over carpet, much cleaner and no smells linger. Soaps smell great (lemon scented) and their service was excellent. We traveled during a storm and got stuck in WY because the highways closed down, and the staff expertly managed the influx of guests and requests, and was quick to direct travelers to resources where they could stay up to date on road openings. Lobby is well stocked with snacks for purchase, breakfast was simple but good.
They also have a pool, great common area to work or play pool, laundry, and fitness rooms.

The hotel was a great stay for me! It was very clean and organized. It was great for working as a business person because there were tons of seating options, downstairs in the lobby, as well as a movable desk in the room. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming, and got me in very quickly to help. I can truly say that tru hotel is one of my favorite hotels to stay in and I am looking forward to doing so again on my next trip. I also wanted to point out that the seating available in the room and also downstairs was accommodating for those in large bodies.

Logan at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly. We left before breakfast was available. I asked if i could purchase a banana and he gave me one at no charge. Such a small act that made a lasting impression. This place is very clean and comfy. They offered water and popcorn upon our arrival and called our room after check in to see if everything was satisfactory. As a very frequent traveler, I'll be staying in Tru Hotels every chance i get!

Several members of our family were in town for a funeral. We all stayed at this hotel. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. As good as the hotel is the staff were better. They helped us so much. They were friendly, compassionate and helpful. Thank you so much for making an really hard time better.

Wow! The entire staff is professional, accommodating, and enjoyable. The only issue, we had with our visit is not being able to personally thank all those who made us feel at home.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I was a bit skeptical when my spouse booked us at a 2-star hotel. However, this was the cleanest and quietest place we have stayed in years. Since the room has laminate wood flooring and no upholstered furniture, it was impeccably clean. I suffer from severe allergies and had no problems whatsoever! We were also pleasantly surprised that there's a pool, pool table in the lobby, gym, and free breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again.

Such a fun space and beautifully clean rooms! The staff were so friendly, they were so welcoming to us and our dog, kept such neat, clean facilities, and made it a great experience. Our room was very modern, accessible, and comfortable. There are fun spots to hang out in the lobby for a family with pool tables and stuff. The workout facility was soo so clean which was amazing and they had everything you need, which was such a nice surprise. The location is convenient too. Overall, very happy with our stay!

It was noisy. I wish they'd put the pets and small children on the first floor. That would be a big help.

First time at a Tru by Hilton and I cannot say enough good things! Check in was smooth, the room was clean and equipped with everything I needed. I was helped by Kristy at the front desk when I had questions about on-site laundry and things to do in the area, she was very helpful, happy, and a pleasure to talk too. Customer service is hard to find after Covid, a lot of people I find lack in people skills and being happy in general but not here. I would and will come back on the fact that the employees of Tru by Hilton seem to be happy to be there and to help. Thank you Kristy for being awesome!

Thanks a billion to the TRU staff and the service. Thanks for taking care of my family while they were visiting family on the AIRFORCE BASE... a quick two day turn around trip that was needed for the kids. We came to you and got a room with no drama like we got from the competition (staybridge). Thank to you we didn't have to stay on base. Thanks again.

Hotel was very clean and modern! Love the overall look and feel of the place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Fitness center was clean and upto date, pool was nice and love the quality of breakfast! 10/10 would recommend and would book again.

We had a delightful two night stay at this modern hotel. This hotel DOES NOT feel like a 2 Star Hotel- more like 3 Star. The hotel decor is bright and cheerful, with a lot of cool touches such as a pool table in lobby. Guest rooms are a little small, but very functional with large flat-screen TV and super comfortable beds. Breakfast is complimentary and quite good with hot entrees. The lobby is huge and designed like an area to hang out with lots of big screen Televisions and seating. The hotel Staff are frequently sern sanitizing surfaces and everything smells and looks clean. There is a 24 hour gym as well.as laundry room. The parking lot is well lit and feels secure. I would like to recognize James and Geraldo from the Breakfast Buffet areas for demonstrating excellent customer service! We would most definitely stay here again if in the Cheyenne area.

No hot tub at this location! Besides that I LOVE Tru Hotels! There are so many great places to chill and work if you're traveling on the road. I love everything about this chain and the Hilton brand. Smartly designed with fun furniture and snacks/drinks at the front desk, and easy to check in and out with the app and the option of having a digital key and pick your room. It's so great! WAY better than most high end hotels, I'm always so surprised these are 2 star hotels. HOW?! These should definitely be 3 stars.
