Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

Surprisingly nice. Stayed here on our way to the national parks. Friendly reception, clean room, comfy bed. They have a nice pool, a gym and a business area. Breakfast was OK. Nothing wow but OK. Your typical American breakfast.

The rooms are really spacious and the beds are so comfortable to sleep in. We couldn’t hear our neighbors so that was a plus. They got us in right away. Overall the great experience for this hotel. And the breakfast was good and filling!

Every interaction with the staff was absolutely fantastic!! They helped us at 11pm when another hotel in town had given our pre-paid rooms away. They were so nice and helpful. Then in the morning, the lady at the front desk was so tolerant of my Mother-in-law who I found out later had been there for over an hour talking to her and other guests as they came through the lobby (I'm so sorry). Then I forgot my pillow in our room and when I called, the guy who answered went looking for it and called me back as soon as he found it. Then he got it in the mail to me right away! Days Inn, You astonished me!!!

Stayed here on our way to Wyoming. We were supposed to get a room with a king bed but upgraded us to a king suite for no extra charge because we are seniors, so we wouldn't have to carry e everything up stairs. The prices were good and the room was very nice and clean.

Spent 4 nights Room was ok a bit dated Jacuzzi was perfect. Pool was cold they left the airiator on which works against the pool Heater. Breakfast was very good

Spent one night here recently and it was just what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, and comfortable! The location was great, and the people working at the desk were really nice. In fact, I would say that I was incredibly impressed with how polite and kind the front desk clerk was during the check in process! I was checking in at 5pm and there was a short line of about 5 people in front of me. I could overhear the clerk talking with each guest in a slow and deliberate manner, making sure that each person felt hear and validated, regardless of how long they were waiting or how complicated their story was! And the clerk was absolutely sincere. You just don't see that much anymore, and it struck me as unusual, which is to say that many other places in the country just move at a much faster and impersonal pace! I enjoyed my experience at this hotel and I would recommend it. The breakfast on the other hand - well, it was lacking. I'd say that it met the definition of a breakfast, but that's about it. If I had any advice for the management - I would say to invest more time and money into your breakfast and bring it up to the same high standard as everything else in the hotel!

My bf has been staying here on and off for a couple of years for work. He says the front desk ladies just love his dog. My first time here, and they have not disappointed me yet. Rooms seem quite spacious. Hot tub open until 11! Which is awesome!

The staff was so hospitable and accommodating! Ashley was awesome! A million thank yous to here and the breakfast staff. Anytime we are in the area this is where we will be. Fidnt even get to use the heated pool... next time!

I want to say Bowden Hill, the general manager, was amazing.
My boyfriend is a livestock truck diver, and we were tired and needed to get some laundry done. He was able to get us in a room on an early check-in. He also was fun and had us laughing. Great guy!

Kathy, patty, and a gentleman who's name I can not remember were the absolute best. We had some of our party that had family emergencies and we had to change are plans 2 different times and they were so accommodating. The hotel is clean, the rest of the staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. This is our go to place whenever we return to Cheyenne.

Was just here for an overnight stay during a road trip to the Midwest. Overall, best hotel for the price I could find in Cheyenne. Service was good, room was clean, and the breakfast much more ample than I would have expected for a two star hotel. There was eggs, sausage, and hash browns available, a big improvement over most hotels at this price that just set out muffins and a fruit basket and call that breakfast.

Only minor complaint was that the WiFi was a little spotty depending on where you are in the hotel. But that was a minor complaint, not enough to even take a star off.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value hotel in Cheyenne.

Best hotel in Cheyenne! These guys were so amazing and accommodating for my family and I when we were having major plumbing issues with our house. The only hotel willing to take us in because we are local. We stayed here for a week. Every person we interacted with here was super friendly and professional. The breakfasts are so good and our kids loved the warm pool and hot tub! Would highly recommend! Thank you again Days Inn.

We love their bunk rooms! Great price for a family of 6. My son loves the bunk area and the privacy curtain. The pool area is very nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We like staying here.

Our room was really clean, the beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and there is an Outback Steakhouse next door. We had a great experience.

I read a ton of reviews both before and after. It appears if you get a room in the newer (back/pool) building, you'll love it. I did.
Responding to other reviews: I heard no noise (trains?), everything was clean and comfortable and worked, breakfast was fine, the only accurate complaint was the lack of parking.

EDIT: Have come back twice more, and still just as happy staying here! Note, however that in mid-July prices could triple for Cheyenne's large "Frontier Days" festival.

Checked in with Mel late night who was a gem and took care of every ones needs. Our room was big, clean, and looked recently updated. The biggest tv and best complimentary continental breakfast of any hotel I've stayed the last decade

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered. I was traveling from CA to Virginia. This was a great find along I 80 . Rooms were amazing. The sausage gravy Biscuits with sausage for breakfast was excellent.

Right off the highway in Cheyenne. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Nice pool (although a bit on the cold side). Service was great! Breakfast actually had green chili and it was wonderful!

Good value for money. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was actually had a lot to offer. Tons of parking. Pool looked really nice. Great quality stop to rest and recharge. Close to a lot of places to eat and visit. Only complaint one of the beds was a like a canoe that should be replaced. Room was clean and updated.
