STORMING CRAB LOUISVILLE

The food was amazing. It was our first time there and there was no wait for a table. The waiter Brandon was amazing. He answered all of our questions and made some amazing suggestions. The portions was great and the complimentary garlic cheese bread was delicious! The scenery and music was a whole vibe! Their DJ or playlist was perfect and I cannot wait to come back with my family and try more of this place!

First thing don’t come here in a hurry. The service was a bit slow but once our order was taken, we received it in a very short time.
The appetizer bread wasn’t our thing but might be yours. It tasted like it had a bit too much mayonnaise in it.
The clams we got as appetizers were very tender and delicious the best we’ve eaten in a while l😁
I ordered the broiled, shrimp and scallops with potato and corn, and they were very fresh. I really enjoyed my meal.
My wife had the fried shrimp and fish, but she was not as impressed with the batter on her order as she was with the fried clams we’ve just eaten. However they both were good and fresh.
The graffiti walls and music for the atmosphere wasn’t our thing but the food more than made up for.
The food here is excellent and that’s the main thing!

It's definitely a great place to come for seafood. Crab legs cooked perfectly. Everything we ate was flavored extremely well. The waiter was familiar with the menu and what flavorings to recommend with your tastes. Great restaurant if you are looking for a chill night with good food.

If you can get Sandra as your waitress, get Sandra!!!

My mom and I came on a Saturday night at 8pm and had a very reasonable wait of 45 minutes. Sandra was our server and she was a superstar!! Chatted us up and was bubbly and positive the entire time, absolutely one of my favorite waitresses I’ve ever had.

Garlic butter snow crab legs were amazing, but the surprise hit of our little date night was the broccoli. Genuinely delicious.

Will be looking forward to being sat with Sandra again!!

Three things that I look for in a good dining experience is good customer service,well presented food and taseful food.I personally like to go to Storming Crab often.Seafood is what I like and I get the shrimp,corn and potatoes.Based upon the qualities that I’ve listed I do think that they meet my criteria.When I walk in each of the servers are friendly and greet me with a smile.When I sit down they give good service.I like to have the head off my shrimp and a certain type of flavor (cajun hot).They always make sure that everything is correct.I would hate to to see a shrimp head on my seafood and they make sure to have it off every time and thoroughly listen to my order.When I get the food I see it steaming hot.The food well presented and they pour it out of a bag on to the seafood tray.Then when I take a bite It is tasteful to my liking.

When I say I enjoyed myself and the service was absolutely wonderful!!!! Our server gave us 5 gold star service and I don't think she stopped smiling the whole night. I hate that I can't remember her name but something in my head says "Tosha." That u Desr for making my experience a great one. There was no pressure to buy or eat certain foods and she kept things vlean and sanitary. I'm still eating several days later.

This was the first time I stopped at this restaurant, and I am glad I did. the food was amazing and the service was great, My server was Kevin, and he was great. I will make sure to ask for him the next time I come in. I had been craving gumbo for a while, and it was amazing, and the cheese bread was also good, I must say if you have not tried Storming Crab, you are in for a treat when you do.Make sure you put on your list of things to do

Storming crab was a nice, family-friendly place. There floor plan is open and can seat many people at once. Mia was my waitress. SHE HOOKED US UP! I went with a client who has an intellectual disability. Mia was patient with allowing my client to order and answered all questions we had. She even put our food in our to-go box for us. The crawfish etouffee was fantastic. It wasn't spicy but it was at least 70 pieces of crawfish in my etouffee. This is more like a cuisine taste but it still had its warmth. I will be back to see Mia and Storming Crab Louisville again!

Great first time!!!! They start you of with some complimentary, fresh, delicious seafood bread. We ordered the #4, and the fried gator basket with a couple shark bite margaritas.
Very fast, friendly service, perfect atmosphere.
They give you a sharpie so you can tag the wall to let everyone know you where there!!!

Our service was great! Our meal was out in a quickly manner! Our waiter Brandon was exceptional!! He knew the menu and even suggested an amazing adult drink for me. Will be back!!

Amazing experience! Food was fabulous. There were two of us and the servings were so large we shared a platter and still took some togo. Amanda was our server and she went above and beyond making the experience even that much better. 10 out of 10 for Amanda… she deserves a raise… so we tipped her well. And we will no doubt visit again. Amanda if you see this “keep it up girl” you got exactly what it takes to make customers happy and I wouldn’t doubt your the reason people keep coming back…. Well you and the delicious food!

Expensive!!! But, for a good family meal, to share a memory or two....or for just that couple who've had a hard week at work and might want to enjoy a meal cooked by someone else for a change....absotively thee best place!!! Whoa!!!?? After checking the receipt again, I've seen they automatically take out a tip whether you want to or not....fair?...unfair???

The hostess and servers were very accommodating to our needs. We couldn't believe the large portion of food we were given!
I ordered the Cod basket with broccoli and my husband ordered the crawfish soup dish and onion rings. Complimentary cheeseyfish bread was also served!
The ice tea was good (I'm very finicky about my ice tea) and the margarita was too sweet! (They should ask Chef Fernando Martinez how to make a margarita!)
We enjoyed our first visit! Would come again!

This was our 1st time dining at the restaurant. The wait staff was very nice, friendly & professional. The dining room was clean & the food we had was delicious. If ever in the area again, I'll probably dine there again. 🍤🦀🦞🦐👍

This is the yearly birthday dinner location for my teenage twins. The kids and I loved the food, service, and the food selection. Would recommend the combo #4 meal cajun boil medium heat as it was enough food for the 3 of us.

Everyone enjoyed their food! Service was great. We had service with a smile for the large group we had.

We loved the atmosphere and feeling we were at a restaurant on the coast. The food was delicious and plentiful. The prices were reasonable and comparable to those of beachfront restaurants. The wait staff was friendly and and helpful (teaching us how to crack open the crabs!). We enjoyed our experience a lot.

Wow X 2 we had an awesome seafood boil dinner. We have been to storming crab in Indiana a couple times before and this location at Outer Loop did not disappoint. I love that the seafood boils are always plentiful.
