Straight up 5⭐ for a few reasons. First, they have a spicy beer that mixed with their homemade Michelada mix is one of the best I’ve ever had. This is coming from a Texan that has access to great Michelada’s. Second, dog friendly. Third, they have a nice outdoor seating area and on a great day like I had in May it was amazing. Fourth, they have a food truck parked outside that has some amazing wings. I mean saucy and delicious. They have a great vibe, the bartender was amazing, very friendly and gave me a couple other places to try while I was in town. I will be back.

Very nice staff and busy taproom. Indoor space is fairly small, but there is also outdoor seating available. Dog friendly indoor. We tired the Vanilla Coffee Porter and the Festbier—both were excellent!

Had the best bar experience of my life, couldn't be more welcoming, absolute Chad of a bartender and the beers are flippin wonderful. Great company, great beer, great spot, definitely won't be my last time in, I am extremely impressed and I feel down right robbed that I haven't been here sooner. Come on in and have a drink this place is the bomb

This brewery is amazing! A highlight in Cheyenne for sure! We got two flights, a bag of chips, and a juice box for $18. The service was great and the crowd welcoming. I love the garage style door/wall to open up the small space. Would 100% come back and recommend.

One of the most friendly, local atmosphere small businesses in Cheyenne. Beer is always good and the bartenders are great, they make it easy to become a regular. My husband's favorite is the High Noon Chili which is almost always available on tap. I've rarely had a beer I'm not a fan of. Bonus: dog friendly!

It's literally in a garage that they've turned into a brewery and service area. It may be small but the beers are especially tasty and also unique in the flavours they offer. For instance they offer a chilli beer. It's very rare that I fnd this. It's also dog friendly! So hopefully you're able to see some doggos if you decide to go.

Service was great. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say that social distancing is enforced here. No mask on staff and unsure if there's any limited capacity. However, this may be due to different laws given in Wyoming (we've driven up from Denver, Colorado).

Great beers with an incredible family/regular atmosphere. All the staff and patrons are really really fun to be with! If it's your first time going, take some cash and have them show you the ceiling!

Great place. First time checking it out before the Drag show at the Atlas They had an awesome selection on tap, nice atmosphere and even some food trucks parked outside.

My boyfriend and I are from San Diego, where there are hundreds of breweries. We came to Cheyenne for the rodeo, not expecting to find many bars/breweries in town, but we were so happy to have stumbled across this hidden gem!! Freedom's Edge is small but definitely worth the visit. My boyfriend swears the IPA at Freedom's Edge is better than any of the thousands (millions?) of IPA's he's ever had. He could not stop raving about how good their beer is. I had the Hazy and was really happy with my selection as well.

Awesome little brewery! They're really starting to come into their own with some more exotic brews. Their regular staples and rotators are tasty as well. There's almost always a food truck available for munchies - so don't worry that they don't have any food items. Eric, Joel, and Muriah have done an exceptional job keeping the wheels turning at this place.

Tried them for the first time for Cheyenne Restaurant Week and loved the atmosphere. Can't wait to attend a local event there.

Girlfriend and I were visiting from Denver, wearing masks to be safe, other breweries gave us dirty looks when we visited. But the staff and patrons here were super nice and by far the best beers we had while in town. Also had a food truck outside. Definitely recommend stopping by.

I was in Cheyenne for a clinical rotation and I had to try out the local breweries. Freedom's Edge is a warm and welcoming establishment. A cozy small sitting ares makes this place feel more like a home bar which, to me, is a great feeling. Friendly staff and great music selection. They have a list of events on the wall, a food truck outside, and great music playing. I cannot wait to come back during my time here! Awesome place!
