Dog Park at the Animal Shelter

This place is great! Its an awesome experience for your dog. The people are friendly and there is enough area to really let your dog run at full speed. There is a walking path that is 1/4 of a mile around, so if you wanted to you could walk while your pup plays. They also have a mini free library to do book exchanges.
Overall I have had great experiences at this park, hope to see you out there soon.

We were traveling from California to Pennsylvania on a move across the country. We stopped at a ton of dog parks, and this was by far THE BEST one we visited. Ample room to run, and my dog loved the huge puddle from all the rain!

So blessed to have a dog park in Cheyenne! Most owners were attentive to where their dogs were and what they were doing. They stahed close to their dogs and kept an eye on interactions to make sure there weren't issues. It would just be nice if more people picked up after their dogs. Bags are provided. I understand if a dog is off playing the owner might not see it

Had a blast here. Brought a huge German Shepherd and a small terrier and they both got along with all the other dogs. Lots of room to run and no holes in the fence and trust me the shepherd tested the perimeter.

I was traveling from Georgia to Maryland to Wyoming with Scrappy. He had been a very good boy but he needed to run. This park was perfect! There were other dogs and a lot of space.

It's a decent sized, fenced in dog park. There are a couple picnic tables, one is covered, and a few benches. There is a well-worn walking path along the perimeter. A few agility training structures are also present. Water is available for your furry friend(s) via a handpump and trough next to the covered picnic table.

Great place for dogs. New wind wall is up. We did a lot of work cleaning up the dog park, painting and staining today

Great dog park! It is huge and has agility equipment towards the far side. The fence is very interesting, it might be a problem for dogs who can jump high or like to try and escape. My dog didn't have any problems though. Great park!

Big area, water, training area, covered area, multiple benches, smaller isolated area away from other dogs, and a path around the park. Bosco loves making friends here.

No restrooms no playground for children but for dogs.have it broken into two parts one for large dog one for small dogs. Very large for both dogs.

If you're a dog lover this is a great place for your dog to meet and greet

We passed through town and decided to give our pup some play time. Great place! Wish our hometown had a park like this!

Great place for your dog to get a run in. Everyone there was very friendly and the area is well kept. We will be going back for sure.

It was great took my 5 month old pit bull so he can learn to get along with big dogs dogs are so sweet and the owners to I suggest this park for anyone with a dog

The Dog Park was very active. Lots of dogs and people. The people were social distancing and the dogs were having a great time!

Spacious and was separated for large and small dogs! Easy to get to and decent amounts of parking.
