BestMed Urgent Care

My visit was on 4/28/2024. All the staff were very sweet and friendly. The wait time was not long at all. I was visiting from Georgia and was fortunate to have been seen by Lauren Andrews. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and just all around awesome! I will definitely use them again if needed. And would liked to say THANKS to all the great staff!

I highly recommend this urgent care. They are very kind and they understand when you have a problem. The doctor I saw was amazing and helped me figure out a solution. I'm new to Cheyenne and this is the best place to go for medical and mental help and they help in any way possible that they can. It reminds me of how doctors used to be and that's treating you like a real human being first and doctors don't do that so much anymore. You won't be disappointed because they all care and the staff is very kind. All around a very positive experience.

Best Urgent Care is highly recommended. I got sick while on vacation and needed medical attention in order to make my return flight home. The service was outstanding. All personnel that attended me were so caring and attentive, they make me feel so comfortable. Thanks so much BUC!

I went in to BestMed Urgent Care because I was having so much pressure in my head and sinus area and they were amazing. They took great care of me which is a nice change. I've been to a few of them around here and can honestly say this is the best one. Thank you so very much!!!

The whole staff at the clinic does a great job. The wait times are very reasonable. The front desk staff has even gone above and beyond to find open pharmacies that take our insurance when we went in close to the end of the day one time. The Dr and PA have really listened to our concerns and provided us appropriate care when needed.

We were in and out in less than an hour including check in, X-rays, and a cast. Staff was knowledgeable and kind. This is the first positive experience I’ve had at any urgent care.

My husband went yesterday to be seen. He was in and out fairly quickly and was diagnosed promptly. The doctor also ran tests just for our reassurance to make sure it wasn’t something our baby could potentially get. They were all amazing, informative, and friendly! This isn’t the first time we’d been to this urgent care and is on the other side of town for us but we continue to go due to the good care we continue to receive!

I don't remember the providers name that took care of me but she was the absolute sweetest. I had the best experience. She is exactly where she should be - helping and caring for people. Everyone was very kind and supportive. I am glad I decided to come to bestmed over another urgent care.

I would just like to share that the staff did an excellent job! Every time I had to make a trip they made me feel comfortable and helped the exam go smoothly, also they kept me informed every step of the way. They had me in and out of there in no time I really appreciate their time and effort thank you.

The visit was a great experience. I came in with a severe episode of vertigo. I was seen promptly. The staff was courteous and professional. Chris Morgan PA even took the extra time to call around to Physical Therapy providers and was able to get me an appointment the following day. The physical therapy was a great success and has me on the road to recovery. Very pleased with my visit and appreciate their expertise and prompt diagnosis.

I arrived at 8 am and was received promptly and courteously. I was soon taken back for vitals, placed in a room and seen shortly. I wish I could remember who saw me, she was very kind and listened carefully to my history and concerns. I was treated with respect in all areas of the office. I, unfortunately, have a medical condition that carries some stigma with it. Monica at the front desk treated me like I was family, and made sure that I felt completely comfortable during what was an incredibly stressful and frightening time. Professionalism at its finest! As for the attending Physician, more of the same. The clinic was immaculately clean, and i was speaking with the physician within 5 minutes of my arrival. Bravo Best Med!! Customer/patient for life!

I have used BestMed twice now in the last 2 months. I have also been to multiple other urgent care facilities in town in the last few years. BestMed has been my best experience by far. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I was able to get into a provider quickly. The providers were helpful and not condescending. They will be my go-to from now on.

My nurse was fast and thorough, and the doctor was super fabulous, great and easy to talk to. She understood everything & gave me insight on everything I informed her on due to my illness. I'll Definitely be back!! #gobestmed

Efficient and accurate. Everyone from reception to the care provider was concerned and friendly. They resolved my issue without any hassle. I appreciate patient focused care and BestMed demonstrated this perfectly. This will be my go-to for urgent care going forward.

Staff was friendly and professional. We had a very fast turnaround. Once in the exam room we were seen by physician within 10 minutes if not sooner. I was very pleased with this visit. Will go there again. I highly recommend BestMed Urgent Care.

Chris Morgan is the first physician I’ve met that’s both personable and professional. He listened to my concerns and was reassuring as he went over options for my abdominal pain. The front desk ladies were excellent and had me signed in and set within 10 mins of arriving at the clinic.

Always kind and pleasant, I am very confident in the professional and prompt care I receive from the healthcare providers. Front desk is always courteous especially Monica! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding our account and billing if I have any question. She is also very competent .

We have never had a bad experience with this urgent care. When Katie Saan worked there, we had some phenomenal care. Now we see Dr. Chris most of the time when we come in and he has always been fun and personable with my children. He always explains what is going on and never misses a thing. We really appreciate having an urgent care like this in our community!

I was here on vacation from Idaho. Staff was very professional but friendly. Urgent Care was very busy (of course...it was a Holiday)! The "front desk" area was very efficient and helpful. I was seen much sooner than I thought I would be. Jennifer (only name I remember), who took me to the exam room, was very patient with my brain fog & very thorough. I felt like the provider listened to me and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I knew where to pick up a prescription. My daughter had recommended this urgent care clinic & I passed on my recommendation to the rest of our family. 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐ WOW
