Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cheyenne

Hotel staff was good but breakfast quality was poor. Sausage was undercooked, Biscuits could have used a bit more color. Fake eggs were tasteless and watery. All this aside, the hotel itself was great.

Ive stayed at this motel several times and never had a problem. Breakfast is hot and plenty to eat. Staff is always nice. Great location by the mall and other establishments walking distance. Rooms always clean and everything in working condition.

I had to leave the hotel around 5:30am. The breakfast cook had everything ready. I got to have breakfast a hour early. Super happy with this place!!!!

The wife and I had to get a hotel last second and Nick helped us with getting a room at a really fair price for the time being and he also went above and beyond to ensure that since our vehicle was in the shop that we are as comfortable as possible!!! Thank you so much Nick for your kindness this will definitely not go unnoticed!!!

I am giving this hotel a great rating and taking the time to review it because of the exceptional service I received. The front desk was very helpful and polite. Moreover, I would like to point out their ability to think outside the box and make things happen, a rare trait in today’s society. The cleaning service was just as polite and willing to help. I had left an item in my room and called to see if the hotel had found it. They did the due diligence to track the item down and show the honesty to call back and figure out a way to give it back. This was extremely surprising. I have stayed places where the staff takes the easy road and either throws lost items away, or keeps it for themselves. This hotel shows:

Rooms were clean. Check in went very smoothly. Huge kudos to the staff for being overly accommodating while we (and many other travelers) were stranded by closed roads. They pulled out games, puzzles and brought in food. Fantastic experience

I had an exceptional experience from the moment I walked in. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. They welcomed us right in and took care of our needs no questions asked. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I will be saving this hotel for future stays.

I live out of hotels 8 months out of the year and this one is great because it's got a mini Kitchen, small living room and master bedroom with big bathroom in it. So when you're in one place for 2 weeks I suggest a hotel like this.

Stayed for state cross country. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good.

Stayed 3 nights for business. We had no issues throughout our stay. Any contact with employees was pleasant and productive when necessary. All wore face masks.
The room was nice and clean. I had to search pretty hard to find any areas of neglect. The air conditioning worked well and was able to keep up with the near 100° days.
We were surprised to find the complementary breakfast was not only available, but had a great selection.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and well maintained ffi. Room was clean and comfy. Welcomed appropriately. Conveniently located by lots of food establishments.

Not only was everybody friendly, the breakfast was delicious and my room was quiet/clean… but I also accidentally left my Kindle in the room and when I called the front desk they had it waiting for me. They mailed it back the next day for a reasonable price. Great people running a great business, highly recommend!

This was a short stop on a long drive. I've stayed in lots, but this Fairfield felt above and beyond with the regional themed decor, extreme cleanliness and a great breakfast. Lothar in breakfast was particularly welcoming and kept the area clean and well stocked. He was also nice to visit with and helpful to guests after being seated.
Would def stay again if in the area.

Omg this place was wonderful. Other than the mold smell. The front desk staff went above and beyond for us. Getting us a disability room for me and my service dog was greatly appreciated. Great morning breakfast. Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. I really loved the room. Great location. And still so happy about the wonderful staff. Thank you.

Comfortable beds. Rooms are well designed. Breakfast was amazing, everything from scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon to hot and cold cereal. They even had cut up melon. Fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs were also available. The staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.

Great Staff! Everyone was always friendly and helpful on our week stay here. Room was modern and very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable with big feather pillows. Breakfast was awesome. Bacon and eggs, omlettes and sausage. Fresh melon and full continental breakfast. The pool was clean ans always stocked with pool towels. They have a 24hr gym and coffee bar in the lobby.

Fantastic service. Worth paying a little bit extra for. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was the highlight; the lady preparing it and cleaning up was the most diligent I have ever seen. The management was very friendly and great with our toddlers. Very satisfied with our stay!
