Great stay. They let us check in early as well. Very quiet and the rooms were clean. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here on a work trip, very nice rooms and good service from the staff. The Mexican restaurant next door is very good, thankful it was there as there was not much within walking distance. Will stay again!

Room was very clean, cool, and comfy. I think there were train tracks to the south, but we didn't hear trains. Nice place to stay with a restaurant next door.

The front desk staff during my stay was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are pretty large with clean linens and soft pillows. The water in the shower is hot and just what I needed after being stuck out in the snow. There are two restaurants located within walking distance. A Mexican restaurant right next door and Outback Steakhouse across the street. They also have truck parking and pet friendly!

Great place to stay, older place. However, the color combinations of the decor can be mistaken for poor upkeep, when in actuality, the color and designs paired with low light level give it that appearance. It is clean, and the bedding is as well.

Great spot, cheap nice rooms and quiet atmosphere. Just what we needed on a long road trip.

Very nice large and clean rooms. Coffee maker, soap, shampoo, and lotion all included with the room. Friendly staff. Kind of expensive but it was really nice.

Vickie was 5 star !!!From the first interaction to the last. She is so friendly and efficient..a super star. Our room 201 was fabulous. .two huge rooms,comfy bed, great heat and air,best water pressure in the shower that I've ever experienced in a hotel. Two TV's , microwave, fridge..tons of space. Also as railroad fans we were thrilled to be able to watch the trains from our window .If you love freight trains this room is for you. The hotel is a little old and the toiletries could be upgraded but all in all this is a great place to stay. A great Mexican restaurant next door and an Outback Steak House a short walk away. Only two miles from downtown with lots of cool bars and a great arcade called flippers. Great hotel and a fun little town.

We had an excellent experience for our short stay. We usually stay at motel 6's because pets stay free, but decided at the last minute to call around to see if there were other pet-friendly options. The front desk worker let me know that the pet policy was just a contract promising to pay for damages pets may cause if any. This is how it should be folks!!!! We travel with our two cats frequently and they are so well-behaved. All the other places nearby wanted $20 per pet per night. For the first time ever we got to stay in an affordable, comfortable, clean hotel that welcomed us and our cats. We will definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly too and the grab and go breakfast was a nice bonus.

Clean rooms with decent amenities and great service. The most affordable chain-hotel in town. Some rooms have mini-fridge and microwave, but I did spend a night in one room that lacked the fridge. I stayed here through a record 36+" snowstorm in which the roads were entirely impassable, and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the front desk to say that they were providing waffles to the guests at dinner time, since no one in the building was able to leave for food. Also, they plowed their own lot days before the city plowed the street.
Good wifi speeds and ample parking nearby for trucks and trailers.

A nice place for an overnight stay. Room was a little worn down, but clean and stocked with amenities. Friendly desk staff. Mostly pre-packaged breakfast food. The hallways did smell a little musty. But no pet fee, which was appreciated.

We were snowed in during the March 2021 blizzard and the service was amazing. Alex, Heather and Dianna went above and beyond to accommodate the guest that were snowed in. They were very welcoming helpful and warm. They put their brains together and did what they could to feed the guests at the hotel. Their warm personalities made it easier to cope with the blizzard. I will definitely be coming back to say hi on my next trip there. And when I come back I will stay there if my family's home isn't available.

We showed up at 1 a. M. Got a room quickly Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was decent, my two young children made a mess as we were trying to clean up the staff came over and told us not to worry about it and they took care of it. Super sweet stuff and easy to check out the next morning.

The night clerk, Rob, was fantastic. He helped us get a room when they were basically booked and had all the coffee knowledge. We stayed at quite a few hotels while driving cross country and he had the best customer skills and the best personality. Additionally, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice. We received a room up front so it was a little loud but cant complain considering we almost couldnt get one.

We are stranded in Cheyenne, the staff has been very accommodating. Not sure when we be able to leave and have let us go day by day. Room is clean and quiet. Would stay again. Vickie has been very nice and helpful.

Nice place for the price friendly staff good service

I asked for a micro/fridge and extra hangers, and a fix on the sink stopper (those things go out of adjustment all the time, no fault on their part) at 8 am and was all taken care of by noon. Everyone has been friendly. Pool is tiny so its not so great for laps but would be fine for kids to play in. Its been clean and they accomodated my room change request with no hassle.

Shout out to Ryan working the front desk. Never have I dealt with such great staff . He was eager and willing to go the extra mile for me . I have traveled to many hotels before with the military and by far this has been my best experience thanks to Ryan ! Keep up the good work. The rooms here are amazing and the rates will blow the competition out of the water for the quality. I will definitely choose this place Everytime I'm in Cheyenne. Has laundry facility and lots of snack and soda machines and the ice machines on every floor work great. Everything in this hotel seems brand new !

I had a wonderful experience here. I had accidentally booked the wrong night, but the receptionist was able to change it. The receptionist was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. Great stay!

Our first experience with La Quinta motels. We were on a 28 day road trip from Iowa. We had stayed at rest stops for 2 nights with our 3 small dogs in a car. We were so tired. They welcomed us with open arms and let us in our room early. They are the most pet friendly motels. After that stay we tried to book any La Quinta hotels for the rest of our trip. Clean wonderful rooms. Always helpful staff.
