Tri-State Veterinary Clinic

We had to put down our cat, the staff was absolutely incredible and caring during this process and awful time. They got us in the same day, and were very quick and compassionate about the process. Two days later we received flowers and a letter in the mail. We can’t thank you guys enough, thank you again!

We moved to Cheyenne last July and needed a vet for our cat, Abby. She was almost 17 years old and had some health problems. Dr. Troy and his staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as reasonably priced. Unfortunately, Abby passed this January. We were devastated. But the love and compassion Dr. Troy and his staff showed helped ease the pain. We received a heartfelt card from the staff expressing their condolences. Eventually, we will get another cat, and we can't wait for he or she to meet everyone at Tri-State Pet Clinic.

Dr, Thompson was a breath of fresh air. He explained pros and cons of a procedure I asked about. He didn't suggest it as necessary just to make $$, but gave me both sides to decide on my own. I appreciate his demeanor, honesty and sense of humor.

Great Folks/Staff

Dr. Thompson is very caring and will do what's best for your pet. He also supports the military with a discount. We take all of our dogs to him. Highly recommend Tri-State Veterinary for care of your pet.

We used to use a different vet but they couldn't see my very sick dog for a week so we started looking around for one that could see her sooner. Tri-State was the only one we found that could see her that day.

They have a bit different of a setup to other vets. Instead of having visiting rooms like a typical vet / doctors office you instead drop your pet off and from there they diagnose the problem.

Throughout the process the staff and vet kept us up to date through text messages and phone calls. Their vet called us probably a good 3 times with what they found and where they could go from there based on our budget.

So in about 5 hours Tri-State had figured out what the problem was and how to treat it. Where our old vet hadn't figured it out in 3 different visits.

A lil over 24 hours after dropping our dog off she's now back home and you'd think she was a different dog. Treatment is ongoing but she's so much better.

We plan to use Tri-State exclusively from now on.

I love TribState. Dr Thompson is the only vet I will go to. I had to put my best friend down this past week and as an unexpected gift I received a rise today. It ment the world to me. Thank you Tri State we love you guys.

Came in on 06/12 for a drop-off appointment to have my pups ears checked. About an hour later got a call to say he has a double ear infection. I went in to pick him up and they provided me with ear drops, ended up paying $107. Very friendly staff, very quick to figure out what was wrong. I've been giving my pup the treatment for a week, twice a day like I was recommended. So far seemed to have helped. I'll keep a eye on my pup for the next couple of days and if the infection comes back I'll be bringing him back in. Overall I am happy with this vet! Friendly and reasonably priced.

My cat wasn't feeling well they were able to get him seen and treated that same day. Staff is caring, helpful, and friendly .

Dr Thompson and the staff have proved many times to be compassionate towards animals and treats them as loved family members. Have had numerous bad experiences with veterinary clinics and will never trust anyone else with my babies. Thank you

I believe this is the best vet in town. I have been taking my pets here since 2017 they are always very kind, and they don't recommend unnecessary tests or treatments. I would highly recommend this place.

I'm on a fixed income with permanent disabilities. These people took excellent care of my PTSD service dog who is medically lettered. They entire office was clean, quick, informative and so kind. So very grateful for the reasonable prices and excellent care.

I moved to the area, was running out of prescription food. After calling 9 or 10 other places, they were only one that agreed to order the food without seeing my cat, i only had to provide her medical records. I really appreciate it as she literally had to see the veterinary office in Florida before flying. Many thanks

Dr. Thompson is very kind and very good to the animals. He's also very thorough. It can be pretty expensive but going there is worth it. Around 65$ for a visit minus whatever treatment they may have to do. But I recommend, been going there 15yrs
