Garnet Hot Yoga

Cortney and her beautiful studio are amazing! She has built such a holistically clean and meditative space, which is exactly what Cheyenne needs. I have taken two classes so far (both this week) and I have absolutely loved them. In both classes I felt both a state of mental clarity from the warmth and her sweet guidance, and uniquely challenged-which is an incredible combination for the body.

Cortney has a wonderfully balanced format for her classes, which is doable and fun for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Try a class and I bet that you'll love it just as much as I do. Thank you Garnet for radiating warmth into Cheyenne, Wyo!

I have been visiting for the past two weeks and taken classes at Garnet most days. I love the space. The dark walls and fireplace are fiery and grouding. The design of the space, everything down to the sliding doors and prop holders, is really thoughtful and beautiful all the instructors are great. The new student intro deal was super helpful as I could take a whole cariety of classes and it was a great deal! This will be my new "home" studio when I come home (to my hometown) to visit family!

Courtney is a really inviting and personable teacher. I really enjoyed the addition of the weights into the yoga routines. It’s so fun to find such beautiful spaces to practice yoga as I travel and Courtney has created a great one here! Thanks! Namaste’

First time doing hot yoga today. Loved it challenging and relaxing. I'll be back. Great studio space, instructor Courtney was very welcoming.

Energize and tone was a challenge in a good way! The studio is beautiful and Cortney is a great instructor. Highly recommend.

Tried to get individual yoga instruction to help with my health issues. I was only able to get one lesson in a 2 1/2 month time frame from the instructor recommended. Asked Cortney for another recommendation 3 weeks ago and no answer to date. Do not ask for or expect anything special here.

Is this a business? The phone number doesn't work. There's no website. No schedule... Nice photos of the studio though. 😆
