I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic… We were traveling through and our kitten got terribly sick, so we scrambled around to find a vet to see her ASAP and La Zoetry was able to fit us in almost immediately. Unfortunately there was nothing that could’ve been done to save our little one, but the staff were incredibly compassionate and made the horrifying day of realizing we had to say goodbye to our baby as smooth as that kind of experience can be. They took their time letting us process what happened and answering all our questions. We liked the place (and their prices) so much we decided to stay an extra day and get our dog taken care of as well, he had a weird growth on his lip that needed to be removed. He got his surgery the following day and the surgeon did a PHENOMENAL job! I was fully prepared to have a dog with a funky looking jaw for the rest of his life but they put his lip back together so good you could never tell he just had a chunk cut out of it. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Thank you so much for your professional and compassionate care for us and our babies ❤

This is the best Vet to go to hands down. They truly care about your pet not just their profits. I am not a local but needed a vet while traveling and they treated me like family. They got me in right away and got us connected with a top surgeon that comes to them. I wish i was closer so i could make this my one and only vet. I wouldn’t have any doubt taking my pet here, wealth of knowledge/experience with local hospitality.

I love coming here! Raven and the rest of the staff genuinely care about the animals and I've never felt pushed into spending all kinds of unnecessary money. They want what's best for your pet, but they are also aware of the importance of affordability. I highly recommend coming here!

We've been going to Dr. Novack and her staff for 10 years with our animals. They have always been accommodating, compassionate, and kind to us. Dr. Novack is great about recommending natural remedies whenever possible. Last year we had to say goodbye to one of our cats (Tikka, the dark one) and she was so wonderful with us. She spent extra time helping us understand the process and reassuring us about our decision. We now are fulltime RV nomads and still come back to Cheyenne in the summer to make sure we can take our animals to them for their annual checkups. If anything happens on the road, we ask the vet we see to coordinate care with Dr. Novack and her Team and they are very accommodating, as we always want her opinion before making medical decisions for our animals. Very trustworthy. Thank you Dr. Novack and your whole Team for everything you've and do for us!

I’ve been bringing my French Bulldogs (seven in all) to LaZoetry since 2015 and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve gotten from the staff at LaZoetry. Dr Raven Novak is warm, professional, and a great veterinarian. Her staff has always been helpful and caring. I highly recommend!

We’ve taken our pets to Dr. Novak for several years. She and Abby could not have been more supportive when we lost our dog, Mac. We sincerely appreciated their compassion and understanding.

I've been taking all of my cats here since they were kittens, and they are now all senior cats. This use to be called The Cheyenne Cat Clinic years ago, before the name changed to La Zoetry Pet Clinic. Dr. Novak is the best!

Doctor Novak is the best vet in Cheyenne hands down. Wonderful with all sorts of animals. Compassionate, kind, and she will take care of your family member like they are her own.

Just moved to Cheyenne and wanted to get my dog set up with a good vet. I picked La Zoetry because of the wide variety of non surgical options to improve quality of life for animals that are having issues with pain and walking, which many pets have as they age. I also liked how they offer in home euthanasia for pets when they reach the point. Setting up the appointment was easy, in Oregon you have to wait over 3 weeks for an opening with a vet, I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. At my appointment Dr. Novak was very personable and spent a lot of time with me going over all my concerns, giving recommendations, and getting my dog up to date on vaccines. Dr. Novak even offered to let me come in to use their scale whenever they were open as I try to get my dogs weight down. I left the appointment happy my dog was in good hands. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Best veterinarian I've been to in Cheyenne. Very Compassionate and listens to what you have to say about your Fur baby. Highly recommend this place to everybody

I'm a new patient to this clinic but Dr. Novak met my expectations. She was knowledgeable in many areas and provided referrals for other services. My fiance and I are veteran dog owners (I trained dogs for years and he worked as a bather) but she still offered a few new pieces of information. She was very good with our puppy.

Dr Raven and her staff, along with the K-laser, have given our dog Willie, a new life after a misdiagnosed broken back, some years back. If your pet is older and stiffening up, Dr Raven and the K-Laser are the best treatment, in my opinion.

Thank you for the compassion and kindness. Your entire staff was amazing. The end of my Pudgee's life was very difficult for me. Dr. Raven is an amazing vet. She was able to make everything so peaceful and comfortable in spite of the situation. The immense compassion from all of your staff is appreciated. When it's time and I'm ready to bring another pet into my life; I will definitely be returning. Thank you again for being there.

Without a doubt the best clinic we've ever used. Dr. Novack is the most genuine and caring animal lover! She really understands making the pet as comfortable as possible and relaxing them as much as she can. We have 2 dogs and both loved going to her clinic. The staff is also very nice and knowledgable. Sad that we had to move because we know we will never find another clinic as loving as this one!! Seriously if you need a veteranarian the there is no better! We will miss coming here.

Super caring group of people. They LISTEN to what is going on with your fur baby and clearly communicate options. Our family is incredibly picky about care for our dogs, and we absolutely trust Dr. Novak and her team. They go above and beyond for their clients. And our dogs are always happy to see them!

This is the best pet clinic! I have been taking my pets there for 20+ years. They give your pet the best care. The staff is wonderful! I would definitely recommend them. ❤

I’ve taken my cats to several places and it’s always a struggle because they seem to care more about dogs. I had a bad experience where I took my kitten in to a different clinic because she was sick, they sent her home and she ended up passing away. It breaks my heart because I know they could have done more for her. This vet seems to care about my cats as much as the dogs and it makes it less stressful on my cats and me overall.

This practice is everything I’ve wished for but had given up on ever finding. The doctor and staff remember me and my pets when I arrive and offer affordable, realistic care in line with the life I want to provide for both my young, healthy animals (with offerings like chiropractic adjustments for wild pups and agility stars) and my older animals nearing the end of their life (by providing pain management, laser therapy, and an understanding that sometimes every veterinary intervention possible doesn’t necessarily improve quality of life). In addition to laser therapy and chiropractics, they also offer acupuncture which is amazing!
