Little Lotus Yoga

My wife and I were traveling and decided, on impulse, to try yoga for the first time. Theresa assured us by email that we could just drop in so we did. Luis was our instructor and he was the best. Adapted to our novice knowledge, demonstrated clearly when we needed, and helped erase the effects of a day's worth of driving. When we make it back to Cheyenne, we'll be dropping in again!

I first contacted Little Lotus about taking a heated yoga class, I am new to yoga and had never taken a class. I was informed that the heated classes are not for beginners, but that I should go ahead and try it that the instructor could help me along if needed. I went to the class and it was the best experience ever. Everyone I have come into contact with at Little Lotus have been more than wonderful. Taking yoga at Little Lotus has been a great joy and I will be continuing to take classes every week. I would recommend to anyone that if you are interested in yoga to join Little Lotus's classes. You will not find a better experience ANYWHERE!

Teresa and her instructors are the BEST! From hosting yoga free sessions in the summer to punch cards, to inviting guest teachers to teach other forms you will find Little Lotus Cheyenne's best yoga studio.

This is the place for a great yoga experience. Have been to several different sessions at Little Lotus, and all the instructors are patient, innovative, and extremely competent. Highly recommended for any skill level.
