Horrible customer service. I will not be coming back.
I wrote to them 3 weeks ago and never hear back. They condone this behavior apparently.

Edit: Jeremy and Brandon and gone above and beyond to make things right with me and absolutely surpassed the quality of customer service I would ask from anyone, anywhere. They have definitely earned my business and I would recommend jax to anyone. 5 star service from these guys

Wonderful store with friendly staff and prices that compete with internet. Also they have a veteran discount, and wonderful sales throughout the year. Leading brand names in winter clothing, outdoor activity gear, and tools.

Great place to shop. Wide selection with something for everyone and every interest. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices sometimes are slightly steeper than online vendors, but worth the little increase in price for same day convenience.

Friendly customer service- plenty of items for outdoor working. Coffee shop too!

Kelly in camping was great. She was nice & helpful when I called and came into the store 12/22. It wasn’t her department but she went & got what I needed and held it for me.
I will be back because of her!

Nice, large store carrying a variety of outdoor gear, hardware and tools, gardening supplies, and simple home goods. Really nice place to browse and hang out. They even have a cafe inside.

I really like the boots I purchased here for a very specific purpose and then found they were so comfortable that I ended up using them for every day.

Trever (the cashier) is outstanding and has AMAZING customer service. He is super friendly, polite and makes sure you had a great experience in the store!! I will continue going to this store as he makes the experience that much nicer

Love this store soo glad they finally put one in Cheyenne!! Very helpful with firearms.. bought my 45-70 from here at a great price!

I will give the 5 star rating because when purchasing my new handgun everyone was super helpful, Mac and the team did great behind the gun counter. They were professional, cared about their work and image and put their customers at top priority, which is super important to me, in ANY setting. (Sorry to say the mall is lacking in that area SUPERIORLY) but these folks were great. I am very picky on where I will buy guns and they exceeded my expectations. Hopefully we can see some AR style products sometime in the future, but that wont deter me from giving my business to the store, great job!

I love Jax! They have Nulo dog food. My dog enjoys shopping for her own natural dog treats. The employees are amazing and so helpful.

After wasting my time two other hardware stores off of I-25 Jax has the best bolts and nuts hardware selection in Cheyenne.
Found everything I needed for a makeshift temporary repair so I could travel more than 800 miles back home. Helpful staff. Fast checkout. Fair prices.

People are super nice and I visit frequently, however today I had 5 employees ask if I needed assistance, which is annoying, still like the place, but left because of that today.

Took our kids in to find their cafe and get some ice cream. It was very reasonably priced (much more reasonable than other ice cream shops in town) and my husband and I really enjoyed our fresh made coffee. The service was prompt and friendly.

Love this store. They have everything from supplies for livestock to the kitchen table.

I got two birds with one stone, I needed to visit a mall store and get pellets for my grill. I got both done quickly. Jax had a good selection of pellet flavors. I'm ready to grill.

Little bit of everything for everyone. Not just the same ol retailer you have come used to in town. There are a lot of specialty products and branded premium brands. Plus the best kept secret in town for ice cream, specialty candy and drinks, surplus gear and fishing. Friendly local service, and prices competitive.

I used curbside pickup and it was fast and easy. Covid precautions were being used by staff, both face masks and social distancing and is kept so clean. I will switch from the "other" feed store to JAX from now on. Thank you for caring about our health and safety while we shop in your store.

I really enjoy the JAX in Fort Collins, so I was very excited to see a new location in Cheyenne. This store has a great selection of camping gear. The coffee shop located inside the store was delicious. Wonderful customer service as well!
