I really missed this place when they left the mark a few years ago. I was so happy to find they returned. All the workers are super nice and the food is great!

The manager there always has great customer service and food is always fresh

The food is great, about as good as I remember it. I did have an issue with what I had paid for the food. We got two strombolis, a large pasta bowl, and four breadsticks and that was over 25 dollars. It didn’t help that yesterday at 12:30 pm when I went there the employee that took my order was extremely rude. I had told her I wanted two pepperonis and she started throwing pizza slices in the boxes. I was like I’m sorry I meant the pepperoni strombolis. With a huge sigh and slamming the pizza slices back on the tray she then angrily wrapped up the Stromboli’s……

My family and I ate there on 6/24/2022 around noon. The selection was poor, and our four orders were served on flimsy paper plates with no tray. The employee was not friendly and when I went back for a refill, she said they don't give them. We are from the Cincinnati area and our Sbarro gives refills and doesn't try to scrimp on their services to the customers. We do not recommend.

They open at 12 but not really more like 1 we showed up at 1225 pm for the 2nd weekend in a row for them to tell us the food isn't ready even though what we was wanting there was plenty of they said 15-20 minutes until they are done preparing food then why say your open at 12 instead of being rude to paying customers multi task if there is something ready that you have and are "open" then you should serve the customer

What do you want, is what she said. Lol not how can I help you.. only had 2choices and the pieces I got didn’t have any sauce maybe one pepperoni.. lol was dirty and out of sodas. Good job paying teenagers.. bet your closed soon

We tried to get a piece of pizza. They're supposed to open at noon. It was well after noon. The guy working said, "just one minute"...so we waited, that's fine, no issue. We waited 15 min and just needed a slice of the cheese pizza. It was ready. I just asked for a slice of that for my son. Some other VERY RUDE woman said, "he told you 15 minutes, we aren't even open." Seems like from previous reviews this woman's attitude is a constant issue. Maybe you should do something about that instead of losing business because of someone who is not meant for customer service.

My son and myself came to this location for some lunch. They were still setting up so the guy said "give me a min and I'll get your order" 20 mins later I ask for a slice of cheese that just come out of the oven. His co worker informed us it will be another 15 mins. When I told her he said that 20 mins ago she got very rude and angry for literally repeating what her employee had said to me. Highly unprofessional attitude with customers, she shouldn't be in the restaurant business if she can't control her emotions when dealing with the public. I'd suggest going anywhere but this location. Ever.

Good luck trying to get a job here. They will tell you that they will contact you and then when you go there and tell them they didn't contact you, they give you an excuse that you needed to check an email and they don't tell you what the name of the email it is that you're supposed to be looking for. And the new general manager seems like she wasn't properly trained for the position. Honestly I'm not going to waste my time here. If you want a real reliable pizza job, go to pizza hut or dominoes or larosas.

I ordered a slice of pizza and on my half way to finish it, a 2-inch fragment of white plastic stabbed my mouth. I almost throw up infront of my husband and my kid. Sooo gross! I went to their staff and complaining about that thing and showed it to him and I was shocked when he just said “oh, it’s a brush strand” and then I said, is that all you can say? Then he said, yes that’s a brush strand. No apologies I heard, none anything! There were people behind me in queue to buy foods from them and they walked away when I was showing the brush strand to their staff. This store is gross! Their people are gross. I never come back after what happened. If you can eat in this dirty store with people of dirty hands, then you can go.

PLEASE READ- My wife and I typically love Sbarro. We were so excited to see this place back at the Florence Mall after being gone so long. After our experience with the employees, we WILL NOT BE RETURNING! We got there at 7:30pm and the place closes at 8. We asked for a whole pizza and we're told we cannot have a whole pizza that it was too late. Ok, whatever. So we asked what pizza they had left. They pulled out two freshly-made whole pizzas. We asked if we could just purchase one of those and we were promptly denied after the employee asked the manager. They said we would have to pay for each slice individually. Ok. Fine. We got 4 individual slices. They put them in the oven for a few minutes to freshen them up. While being heated up, the employee was cleaning the prep tables with a sanitized rag in a bucket of cleaner. When they went to retrieve our food, they did not wash or sanitize before getting our food. I asked them if they would please wash their hands before getting our food, only to be given a terrible scowl and attitude- IF LOOKS COULD KILL. If we hadn't already paid, we would have just walked away. The employee returned with washed hands and put gloves on to serve our food. Gloves should have been worn the entire time. It is unacceptable in the food industry to handle cleaner and then handle food without sanitizing or washing hands LET ANONE IN A PANDEMIC! Worst customer service I have ever had and we will not be returning.

Terrible baked ziti! Seemed like it was a week old! They even gave a side of sauce since they knew it was old & thought it might hide that fact! The ziti was all clumped together!! Yuck!

Went up and asked if they had any more Stromboli coming out, the lady working pointed back and very rudely said "you seen me cutting dem," I did not see her cutting them,
what a way to drive away customers, I had goldstar instead.

My family were so excited to see Sbarro back in Florence mall....

6:04pm - ordered and pay for a whole pizza.

6:34pm - came to pick up pizza... they had forgotten about our order. Was told to wait another 10 mins.

6:45pm - another 10 mins wait

7pm - finally have our pizza at hand... but unfortunately, it was made wrong. Talked to the manager, who did not offer anything to make it right or instill confidence in them....Another 15 mins wait. By this time, my children are hungry and cranky

7:18pm - still no pizza Sbarro

7:32pm - pizza is here

Very Disappointed 😞

On 8/8/22, my daughter and I went to this place to get lunch. There were other people there also waiting but the workers were nowhere to be found. We called for assistance and nobody showed up. We were there for a while and eventually the customers left because nobody came to help us.

So, this is my ex employers lol I recently found out the District Manager trying to date the manager while he's still married mind you 😂. Got caught and still not fired. Exactly why I left dude's a creep
