They were very professional and very friendly. The gal at the front desk is wonderful and so nice. The Dr was great...she took time with me and I didn't feel like I was being rushed so they can move on to the next. Thank you!

By far the best urgent care in Cheyenne. I’ve been to all of them and this one has the best hospitality and best service. I came 20 minutes before closing and they stayed an hour late helping me.

The whole process in getting seen from check-in to checkout was easy and friendly. It makes a difference when the staff makes you feel like they care when you are sick. Great job!!

I have not been to this urgent care in years. I haven’t taken my kids in years because the last time either I or my kids went it was awful. They were rude they were dismissive they didn’t Act like they cared about what was truly wrong with me this visit I went in the doctor was extremely nice very thorough. They were polite and just all around so much better. I don’t know if management changed I believe the name changed But either way it changed for the better. I had a great doctors visit this time around.

I was able to get an appointment this morning at 9:00 a.m. the appointment maker the receptionist the technician the doctor and the other technician after my appointment was completed we're all so great it's they are I want to say they understood my need and they addressed it I was told about the medication I would be on for how long how many times a day to take this medication when I got to the pharmacist I waited 5 minutes from my medication that's how quick from beginning to end my needs were taken care of and I really appreciate them

When I called to see if they had openings for my kiddo, the gal said to bring him in ASAP and when we got there, the staff was amazing in every way... Fast, efficient, thorough etc... Thanks for taking us in so quickly!!

They got us in quick. Took good care of my wife. And listened to her explain her symptoms

Booked my appointment online the night before and got there 10 minutes ahead. They were efficient and respectful throughout and was a very pleasant experience for having to be at doctor.

The staff were super friendly and thorough!! My 5 year old was super sick and they were patient and very informative!

We were traveling through on our way to Nebraska, and I woke up with a horrible sore throat. It was a Saturday, so we had to find a place that was open on the weekends. We called to make an appt and they were very cordial on the phone; and it was a corporate line because she reviewed the different locations with us to make sure we were getting the one closest to us. Then they sent an email where I could complete the paperwork in advance, which was both quick and efficient. Upon arriving, the 3 staff members I worked with were professional, cordial, and also very personable. They all appeared to be my age or younger (36), and that impressed me with how streamlined and fast they were. They didn't make me feel rushed either when they talked to me, which is something I'm used to with medical professionals where I live. They took the time to review the Rx they were prescribing, and that it was safe for my pregnancy. The PA even double checked the research and came out to me in the waiting room as I checked out & said she was going to alter the frequency of the Rx just a bit for my pregnancy. I wish this same medical staff worked in my hometown, cause I'm used to being rushed and having most of the medical staff come off annoyed that they have to be at work. This team seemed to enjoy taking care of me. Thanks for helping a sick traveler!

The staff and nurses were so very nice and helpful, they always are here. This is the only urgent care my family will go to, never have to wait very long. Couldn't ask for better health care here.

Overall good service, but was very thankful/grateful for Paige going back to
check on room availability for us. My kiddo is immunocompromised, and when the lobby started to fill with other sick patients, she went above and beyond to get us out of the waiting room and to safety. Thanks a bunch!

Friendly proffesional staff despite the fact that I was a walk in and they were busy. I was scene by the Dr. Pretty quick and was on my way. I really liked the Doctor! Great staff would use them again without hesitation
