Heather sold me a china hutch on Facebook marketplace, but didn’t show up to our meeting to deliver it to me. She instead had some people she apparently works with load it for me, which they did badly and broke some glass shelving. She had me come to her shop to pay her, and told me she would deliver me new glass shelving, the backing to the unit, and some white paint to fix the paint. For the past two weeks I have kept messaging her about it and she kept saying she would get it for me but then slightly changes her story and instead gives me the other people’s phone numbers for me to call. It’s been a run around and I’m cutting my losses and just getting it myself. Buyer behavior and don’t believe her promises, because she does not deliver.
