Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

This place was awesome! I'm glad I stayed here instead of the holiday inn! The hotel is old and they are in tbe process of remodeling it but the people very nice and the rooms were comfy I normally pay the extra and get the new fancy hotels but I was told they had good free breakfast and I was told right there breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast they also have truck parking for RVs or big trucks definitely save your money and come here!

Have stayed here on two separate occasions when traveling through the area. Was skeptical the first time as the reviews were mixed I’m glad I gave it a chance. The room was great. Bed slept good. Breakfast was really good. They offered cereal, eggs biscuit and gravy, oatmeal, waffles service was good. Will continue staying here anytime I’m traveling through the area

Beautiful hotel. Quite popular amongst us drivers. Kinda an oasis. Got good truck parking in the east and really nice rooms. Probably one of the best bison burgers Ive had in town there. Met 2 of my good friends Val n Sarah there. Didn't want to leave. Definitely plan on pullin in here more often. N spreadin' the word on the road. 10'4

great people n lobby is amazing got to watch the nfc playoffs with strangers and felt like I've known them for years. The breakfast was great fresh n hot.

The hotel is being remodeled in some areas. Overall it's pretty descent.
There is a Buffet Deluxe Breakfast and menu.
A Lounge with a nice Bar and couple of pool Tables.
The service was excellent in my opinion.
The Bar-B-Q ribs were great.

I'm a driver and my truck was being fixed at Volvo they have a shuttle van came to pick me up. Got to the motet and the staff was very pleasant to deal with the van driver was a nice gentleman. At 5pm the lounge opened and it was bbq rib special a rack of ribs was just under $20.00 with a dinner salad and a side. Oh and the CROWN ROYAL was good also and the bartender and helper was a hoot. I would definitely stay with them again. Rooms were clean . GOOD JOB to all the employees working there.

I have been staying in this hotel on and off doing my 34 reset for the last couple months and I must say this place rocks. they provide truck parking which is a big plus for us truckers being able to park our truck on property with the peace of mind that your truck will be OK overnight. The married couple on second shift is phenomenal. They are just straight up. Awesome my stay here every time is very relaxing they sure know how to make a trucker Smile on a rough day Crystal the manager she is awesome always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to deal with Steve in the restaurant. He is awesome. He has always got a smile on his face and make sure that you were taken care of, hands-down, if I could give more there Five stars I would the rooms are very clean and relaxing. They have got a customer for life and the restaurant food is very delicious and is very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys you rock.

From the phone call, checking if they still had a room til we checked out, we had amazing experiences. Stephan was our go to man from our first check in to our checkout he made things smooth. Actually, the whole team did. My first time traveling with 6 they were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast they include was delicious, the buffet style gave us choices, and I loved that there was a divider between the buffet and the dining and how we weren't crowded and got to enjoy our breakfast . We had dinner delivered and that was smooth I loved how I could wait in the lobby (we loved that lobby you could sit and eat at the tables play card games visit and there was plenty of seating, they have a gorgeous gas fireplace that enjoyable to sit by as well.) We also enjoyed the pool it was very refreshing after a long day of travel. And if you can't tell by this point, we truly enjoyed our experience, and I don't think we could say enough great things about the staff.

Got a room on Hopper for $84/night. It was a very last-minute booking due to unexpected circumstances. They were very quick to pull up my info and get me in my room within minutes of walking in. For the price, I was very surprised by how nice the hotel was. I've been much more expensive with way fewer amenities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Lots of options for breakfast. The pool was clean and my son had a blast. The pool room could be a bit warmer but wasn't a problem til we got out. They have pool tables and a couple arcade games. The lobby is huge and we were able to hang out comfortably. Beds and room we're comfortable. Great deal for the price! Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while my truck was being repaired. Nice lounge, very good food.
The only thing that I noticed was that the server didn't take my tip, that I wrote on the bill she gave me, at the end of my meal. I wrote $15 tip on there, and I think she only deducted for the meal and drink. 🥺
She was friendly and attentive....she had a bunch of us truckers around drinking and laughing, so she had to have been extremely tolerant of us. She was great and I'm sad that my receipt didn't show what I wanted to tip her.

Stayed here for the first time last night with my wife on the last leg of a road trip home. Everything and everyone was awesome. From check in to check out, staff was very helpful. Room service was prompt and sweet. The handicapped room was structured in a truly accessible way which made the night that much easier on me. They were very kind about my SD. I definitely felt comfortable there both as a disabled individual and as an LGBTQ member.

My husband and I had to stay almost a week here due to our truck being in the shop. We checked in with Janna at the front desk and she was very friendly! They offer a discount for truckers which really helped a lot and were so accommodating to our needs. Brian (shuttle driver) was very outgoing and always had a great attitude when he gave us rides whether it be to the truck shop or to town to get what we needed for the week! 2 servers that we came in contact with for breakfast remembered what we drink every morning and were very attentive! Nice breakfast with fresh fruit! The hotel itself could be updated but our room was always clean with fresh & clean towels and linen. Decent restaurant at nighttime & pool tables! I would take great customer service anyday and stay in a little dated hotel! Thank you Red Lion Hotel Staff!!

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Would strongly recommend to any one. They have huge discounts for truck drivers and veterans.They serve breakfast buffet with lots of options. Fresh food and they also have in house bar and restaurant. Total value for money.

I loved my stay at the red lion!
The food they serve (breakfast especially) was tasty with a lot of variety, I felt safe while in the room and parking lot, and overall had a nice time!

And to the people who said they didn’t have a fridge in their room, I did 🤷🏻‍♂ maybe their review is outdated

Had a great stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice and clean.
Tasha, the restaurant host, was very attentive and friendly and remembered what I was drinking from the previous day.
Stephan, the desk manager, was considerate, friendly and very helpful. Had the tools I needed for a project I had to finish. Our group was well taken care of.

Front desk manager was great, breakfast needs alittle improvement, continue your remodeling and your future will be bright

Our car broke down while traveling through Cheyenne. We called Red Lion hotel and they took us in right away. Reasonable price. Wonderful breakfast bar and a lounge in evening. Please stop by..

Stayed here because they take dogs. Room appeared clean. But I was walking to bathroom and a spot in carpet was wet. Hoping they had cleaned it. Otherwise I would stay again. Bed was comfy. They had a breakfast $12 seemed overpriced. So I passed.
