Waiting time on a walk -in as less than 5 minutes. Dr. Allison is super knowledgeable and understanding. She is a talent in pediatrics.

We love C&C Medical Associates! Everyone is friendly and helpful. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes once arriving at the office. Dr. Cheng is so sweet to our daughter and gives practical, helpful insight. As first- time parents, we couldn't have chosen a better place to take care of our daughter!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My family recently relocated from out of state and finding a new pediatrician for our infant was nerve racking - you want the best for your babe. After researching places, I decided to give this one a go and we have been so pleased. The doctors here are kind and reliable. I’ve had to bring my infant in a few times last minute for some illnesses and they always do their best to make time for us as quickly as they can. I am always reassured when I leave the office that I have the best information and plan for my little one. It’s been great getting to know the staff and I enjoy working with them.

I absolutely love this place. My son is being sleep trained and I needed him home to take his nap by a certain time and they got us in and out so fast but all the while still giving the best care possible. They're all so kind and treat my son so well. I never write reviews but today I just felt like sharing. If you're looking, this is where u want to take your kids. You won't regret it!

Doctor Cheng is a good pediatrician and has helped my kid stay healthy from birth. Always friendly and knows what he’s doing. The other doctor he has working with him is good as well I can’t remember her name. The nurses are always great and make each visit as easy and quick as possible. Office is always spotless as well.

Dr. Allison was thorough and took the time to listen and explain things in detail. I am very pleased with her and with the service she provided. Overall I recommend Federal Way C&C Medical Associates.

As a new mom I ask a lot of questions and concerns when it comes to my child’s growth as I’m learning and it’s all new to me and C & C medical clinic in Federal Way staff and Dr. Chang are so graceful and patient with me. They always make room for my baby to come in and get checked out if I have any concerns which is great! I appreciate all they do for us and they always go above and beyond.

Thank you being a breath of fresh air after leaving a different pediatric office that was horrible. Every staff member is friendly and the physicians are outstanding as well. I appreciate never waiting on hold to check appointment times or to schedule. I had to recently schedule a next day appointment for my daughters rash and they got us in and taken care of in less than an hour. I’m here for it. Thanks C&C

We miss taking our kids to Doctor Cheng! He was so amazing with our boys. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. If we didn’t live so far away, Dr Cheng would still be our kids doctor.

Mother of a 29 week preemie. Couldn’t be happier!
First saw Dr. Cheng when my daughter was 18 months old. She came with a 1200 page medical history. I was nervous seeing the negative reviews, but went anyway. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cheng was able to get my nervous/shy daughter to open up and laugh almost immediately. This says something because she has had plenty of reason to be suspicious of medical staff. They get busy, but are never too busy to fit you in if you are willing to be flexible.

This practice seems small but their hearts are huge for the kids they provide for. Time after time I have contacted them late on a friday with some issue and they get back to me that day, they resolve the issue and they ensure my family and my kiddos are taken care of. Dr Antin and Dr Cheng are a treasure and I am so glad I found a practice for my kids that not only is thorough and qualified, but is also focused on customer service and going above and beyond.

Dr. Chung Christopher you are good Dr. I really appreciate your effort helping and find out my kids problems, Even my Son You knows he doesn’t have Verbal….., but Still like you, I can’t say more my tears are covering my eyes. all family has respect for you.

Found them on a whim here. I was not comfortable with the last pediatrician we had. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Jen takes their time. Being a first time mom, I had a lot of questions. I'm sure they've heard everything in the books but they allowed me to speak and not degrade or dismiss what I say. The staff is great. They have three exam rooms and it doesn't take 15+ mins to be seen by them. Will continue to come here as long as we are in the area.

If I can give 20 stars I would, Dr. Cheng is the best pediatrician I have ever had, he is funny and just makes you feel like family. I wish I could keep him as my children's doctor forever. I would recommend C&C to anyone looking for a great pediatrician

I love this clinic. Always looking forward to Dr. Cheng he is so good with my girls they love seeing him always making jokes laughing and making it fun to do check ups.

Called to set up an appointment with Diana. She was very polite, patient, and respectful. Initial experience with this place is perfect! Will update the review if I have additional feedback.

Dr. Cheng is great! He & his staff are all friendly and whenever my daughter is sick & seeks medical attention he will schedule her in that same day.
