Amazing customer service at this location, especially Adrian, he helped me get set up, and answered every question I had. 5 stars!

Mason and Adrian are literally the best. Doesn’t matter who you end up dealing with between them, you won’t leave pissy or confused. Which is rare in their industry

The guys here are amazing. Verizon was charging me $120.00 for only the service, not even a phone and just me alone on the plan. They got me set up for an amazing plan for only $65 a month. Then my wife wanted to get on the plan and so we decided to upgrade our phones as well. They explain everything from billing, to the phone specs perfectly so we understand and they told me honestly how much I would be looking at paying each month. We ran into a snag with porting her number but they worked hard at getting it done and amazingly made it happen! These guys are phenomenal at what they do and are honest which is hard to find in any cellular store. if you're thinking of kicking Verizon to the curb, come see these guys they'll get you taken care of.

Mason provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable about their products and services.It is very unusual to receive that level of service in 2022.
My experience at the Laramie AT&T store went a long way towards making me feel better about doing business with AT&T.

Mason went above and beyond with his service — he explained everything in detail and was incredibly courteous the entire time and went out of his way to answer all the questions we had. He even stayed past closing to make sure our new iPhones were set up properly and was able to lower our monthly bill while adding services. The best part was not feeling sold to, he presented all our options and was never pushy. Best AT&T store experience I've ever had.

I had to visit the store while on vacation to get assistance with something on my phone. The sales rep, Adrian, went above and beyond to assist me. He is a very pleasant person to have in customer service, which is rare nowadays. Thank you for helping me! So grateful!

What a wonderful store with great people. All of telephone and television information was so new and intimidating to me. They took the time and effort to help me through the process of setting it up and learn it. There is no end to Mason's patience, knowledge and willingness to help. Amazing service after the sale. I love the place!

We went into our local AT&T store yesterday and Mason did a incredible job by assisting us with all of our needs. Will definitely be back due to the incredible customer service.

The wait times are not good but the staff they have are awesome and they work their tales off. When I was there one of the guys was in on his day off helping out which shows dedication to customer service.... they need a couple more people in the store but overall it has been great working with this store!!!!!

I had an issue porting a number over at another store and Joshua and the manager took care of helping me
Get everything sorted out quick and easy!

Also while we were in there my gf had an insurance phone that wasn’t allowing her to restore the new phone to iCloud And they helped us set up the phone
And get the restore done. super nice guys

The manager Randy was outstanding, and the service out hunting is light years better than Verizon, for half the price! 2 other customers in there spoke very highly of their service and staff while we were in there getting everything transferred. KUDOS!

Mason is the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. He is knowledgeable and patient and is amazing at multitasking when there are multiple customers in the store.
