Was running on fumes. Filled up at $2.84 per gallon with Fuel Rewards! Store was well-stocked, as well.

Clean and always very friendly. I like going to this she'll store for gas and cigarette and snacks. You are in and out.

Customer friendly , the employees greet customers on first name basis ,never seen or heard these guys mistreat anyone

It has so much stuff to choose from.ive known the owner a long time

Clean store fast service long wait for lottery tho and the gaming systems use to pay out all the time....now since the threat of closing them down All the games are NOT Paying out Anything anymore

I'm really getting tired of these Shell stores not honoring the fuel reward points. If this is a decision you made stop advertising it and let your customers know.

Just got home and looked in the bag and 4 items I ordered were NOT IN THE BAG! This isn't the first time this has happened, It gets really busy in the store during certain hours and there's only ONE cashier trying to ring everything at once and it's just too much on one person bc this shouldn't happen all the time, slow down and invest in another register! I ride a bike, this place is otw home from work, it would take me 20 minutes to go back up there right now. I'm just glad I can replace what they left out of my bag til tomorrow. Guess I'll have to change where I spend my hard earned money. I'm tired of being inconvenienced all the time by you all.

Do not use your debit or credit cards here!! I made a purchase for gas which I debited on the 14th of this month and on the 20th another transaction was took from my account I went back to store and they say the only transaction I gotten from them was on the 14th however my funds that’s missing and my bank say that this Shell took my funds. I’m currently going back and forth with corporate if you go use cash .. plus you probably will wait in line forever due to the people that’s gambling and playing the lottery.. never again will I go to this station. And I’m not going to suggest any of my friends or family to go here either

There's always people hanging around in the parking lot. When you are standing in line to pay for your items random people will jump in front of you to run lottery numbers and the cashier caters to the people playing lottery versus people buying regular items. Not a safe environment very urban.

So today I walked in to the Shell to purchase some gas in and a pack of M&Ms while waiting in line a lady in front of me purchase $85 worth of lottery tickets I didn’t pay it any mind I stepped up to the front to purchase my gas When I got a notification from my bank saying my card was charged $85 and so I bought this mistake to the cashier explain to him that you charge me for this lady’s lottery tickets and I showed him the notification from my bank he dismissed me he was very rude very aggressive very defensive and told me to get out of the store and that he wasn’t refunding me my money and he wasn’t going to give me any gas I ask him for the name of his manager and I asked him for the name of the general manager as well as the stores owner The cashier told me that he was the store manager he was the general manager and he was the owner I asked him for the number to the corporate office and again very defensive and dismissive he declined I want on shell’s website trying to find the number for their corporate office with no luck I was able to leave a comment But that still isn’t good enough he needs to be reprimanded and even terminated for his lack of customer service and respect.He made an error on his part and did not rectify it only to be Rude obnoxious and dismissive please do not go to the Shell on 3500 High St. in Portsmouth Virginia your credit card your debit cards your cash Cash app card could possibly be overcharged you could possibly pay for another person purchases and or your credit card number and security numbers off the back of your car could be stolen so please be aware of this gas station Because the guy behind the counter is very crooked
