Wyoming Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety

While on the phone regarding one of our apprentices, the customer service representative could not be bothered by my questions, and when I tried to clarify what I was so quickly told (before I could write it down) she began to raise her voice, slow down her words, as if I was too stupid to understand her the first time. These days I feel real customer service and politeness just isn't practiced.
I wasn't going to write this but I saw that the only other reviews were poor, so I'm hoping management pushes better service.

Horrible office. Every year I've tried to renew my electrical license there's a new issue. Called 3 different departments in the office to get some answers and not a single person picked up. Couldn't even leave a voicemail with the licensing department because the inbox was full. I understand there's a shortage of employees and what not but this is just straight embarrassing.
