This hospital is fully functional with various services. I hate to admit it, but I got history here with treatment that saved my life. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra yard. I was in there today for rehad, when I saw a staff member reach out to help someone in the atrium to get to their clinic. It was really refreshing and heartwarming to see such kindness ☺. Very recently I had to go in for an ablation to fix my heart. Dr Schneider said his staff were phenomenal. All went well, I was really calmed by how smoothly preparations went. When I woke up in recovery to the sweetest voice of my wonderful nurse. Abigail saw to it that I was comfortable and provide water, food and relaxing for the night. Tory came on duty and looked after me all night. Getting me up and walking, etc. Next morning Abigail returned to get me ready with information on medication changes and how to recover at home. Thanks again for the great care and professional skills. Dr Schneider, staff and recovery nurses , Y'all are Awesome ❤. Feeling Good 😊

I've given birth three times here. My Mother was treated here for her copd, my father for his cardiovascular issues and my sister for complications after a horrific car accident. Each time, the nurses have been so incredible. I don't have a single complaint. The nurses and doctors are amazing!

Really amazing care. I came in with 4 broken ribs and care was empathetic and efficient. Lots of appreciation for Dr. Knoll, nurses Jamie, Jenn, Michelle, and Alison, and the radiology staff.

I went to the ER on December 17, and I want to thank you to the nurses who took care of me, Roza and Victor. They were very compassionate and professional.
I had a huge migraine and high blood pressure, Roza was there providing treatment, wrapping a hot blanket around my neck, monitoring my health permanently.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you guys did for me.
The entire team was amazing, I don’t know the name of the other nurses helping Roza, all of them were super nice.
The doctor at the ER was very good and he was above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
Doctor Hassan and Schneider both very nice and professional.
The patient advocate passed by while I was there and asked me if I need anything.

I was scheduled for surgery had to be cancelled but had the Best nurse Stefanie who took care of me getting me ready for surgery just love how she made me feel like I was the only patient she had to take care of

My husband was taken here Nov of 2022. He was well cared for. The er was short of staff, people were pulling long and double shifts, and they still did a good job! The hospital was full and they kept him in the emergency area for nearly 2 days before he got a hospital room. All the while he was well taken care of. Thank you Regional Memorial.

Both me and my husband have had tests, emergency room visits, as well as in-patient and out-patient surgeries performed at this hospital over many years. We have always been treated with both respect and compassion. Over the past 15 years I have battled cancer 4 times. During this period many, many tests and procedures have been performed here and I have no complaints what-so-ever. I credit them for saving my life on at least two occasions. My husband just last week had a biopsy performed and he said the surgeon and staff were awesome. The scheduler went out of her way to help us get in quickly. We have had very good experiences at Memorial Regional Hanover.

From the ER to the OR to the Cardiac Care Unit, my husband's care was phenomenal! Dr Wehman, his team, and the nursing staff were very kind and attentive to my husband! I hope an emergency trip to the hospital for cardiac care is not necessary for you, but if it is, you won't do any better than this facility!

Took my wife into their ER. Family physician advocated getting her to a hospital. Waited over 30 minutes for triage and then sent to wait in next waiting room. Little did I know this was the good part. Patient is in severe pain in abdomen and both legs. STILL WAITING!!!! ER is not what I call “crowded”. Never seen anything like it in my life!!! Patient is still suffering from level 10 pain… and NO ONE checks on these waiting patients, regardless of how long people wait. We just passed the 5 hour mark of WAITING with no concern or contact from a nurse or doctor.

Bon Secours hospitals always have the best staff and the best treatment of patients. This hospital is no exception. I have been a patient several times and I would not hesitate to go back any time. Wonderful nurses who are working harder than ever due to Covid 19, and still respect the patient and treat them with kindness and care unlike any other medical facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The x-ray tech was wonderful. She explained everything, and it was over quickly.

Dr. Evans, the nurse Sarah, and the guy in triage were all very kind to me. Andrea was pleasant who registered me in. I really appreciated that. Dr. Evan's especially stuck out to me for his understanding kind words and going over and beyond to make feel comfortable at such a rough time. You dont get that in the medical field anymore. I greatly appreciate you all for your hard work and helping me back to health!

I've had all my children here, the labor and delivery team are great! Very professional, clean, and they treat patients with the upmost respect. The nurse's and doctor's constantly check on you asking how your pain is, how your feeling and answers any questions you may have. My baby was admitted to the NICU and all the staff are great! I knew my baby was in good hands when I wasn't there.

From the time of my arrival, I had to be admitted. I was hospitalized on 2.16.2018. I must admit my stay was excellent. The nurses was very nice and explain each and every detail to me. All of my needs were met. On 2.18.2018. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie Crews, Tia, and Joe as my caretaker for the day. They were the best! The Doctors was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my illiness. The Kitchen staff had the best customer service. Kudos to Ms. Johnson and all her Kitchen staff. Jeremy, my day nurse he was so Excellent. He was so nice and patient with me. The cleaning crew kept my room nice and clean. My floor was mopped each and every day, trash was dumped, and bed was made each day! All my nurse calls was met when I rang the bell. I would go to this hospital again and again. I have always had such great experience with Memorial Regional Hospital. Bon Secours. Excellent!

We've been here more than a few times. Never had a complaint. Last Friday had to take my wife to the ER - turns out she had a very serious kidney infection. ER Staff was prompt, courteous, and efficient and you couldn't ask for more. Then moved her to in-patient status and experienced same great treatment (by MANY nurses, and other staff). I can see where someone who treats the staff rudely might get same in return, but they would have to really have to press it!

My experience was so amazing.We didnt live in the area and knew noone. The ER staff has taken care of my son from the time the paramedics dropped him off. The nurses Made sure that he was ok and doing fine. My son had to be admitted that night. The nurses, doctors and social worker was so amazing. They were very pleasant and made sure my son didnt need anything. They made him laugh and him feel comfortable. They also went above and beyond for us. Please don't go by the bad reviews- TRUST ME I almost did!!! They treated my son and family extremely exceptionally well. All the GI docs assigned to my son were amazing. All the nurses assigned to my son were amazing and the social worker was amazing. Even the rehab therapist. My son sweated out all of his sheets and gowns and they made sure he had fresh bedding and gown each time with no problem. Sometimes they would have to be changed 5 times and they were so pleasant about it. Any medical attention that he needed everyone was spot on. Please dont believe the bad reviews. Thank you Regional Memorial for all that you've done for us❤

I had my baby through vbac there. Alexandra Eagan was the doctor who helped me deliver. Her and the entire team of nurses were wonderful, kind and just the best. The hospital exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

I have now spent over two weeks in this hospital at this point. It is chocked full of amazingly dedicated and talented staff. Every single individual I have come into contact with, from doctor down to overnight maintenance have all shown me so much dedication and compassion. I will always remember these amazing people, and highly commend everyone involved in the vetting/hiring process of their employees!

Was in the ER department, Jennifer was the nicest PA ever. Timely service considering the circumstances and everyone seemed to listen to my concerns and take action. After reading the reviews I was honestly worried but my experience was refreshing. If you’re nice to people, they are nice back.
