7-Eleven

I visited this store yesterday, 5-1-20... I had my 14 year old grandson go in for me. All I needed was a 15pk of Pepsi, and told my grandson to get whatever he wanted and sent him in with my card. The young lady on duty at the time, around 5pm., carried the Pepsi 15pk out to my car for him. I am so impressed with the new management and employees. Sooooooo... much better than before!! I want to give two fist bumps to this young lady for going beyond her obligations. For being an excellent example of what 7-11 should always be about..Going that extra step to make your customers feel important. I wish I knew her name so I could personally thank her. With that being said.. I am a 34 yr 7-11 associate, I Have been a 7-11 manager for 20+ years. I now work for a franchisee in Hopewell.for the past 8 yrs. This young lady deserves recognition, and the new manager also. Great Job guys!!!!

I am happily editing a prior negative review. The prior franchise management was AWFUL. Corporate took over and improved things temporarily. Now a new franchise has moved in and I'm hoping for the improvements she has made to hold. I believe Maria is the Manager. Keep up the good work Maria! Daily customer.

Truly one of the finest businesses in Mechanicsville, Virginia! The owner and his staff are continuously welcoming the customers as they come in. The store is always clean offering all the promos you expect from 7-Eleven. This is the perfect fusion of neighborhood market and franchise cookie cut out. Really a special gem in the Mechanicsville area. Please stop by and support this store. It is awesome!

I want to give a SPECIAL shout out,since all the crew are NEW! Miss Adele was especially Helpful,she was dealing with an upset customer who was trying to take advantage of the (New girl) she was very Professional and smiling through the Ridiculous situation she kept her calm and He apologized before leaving! Adele deserves a raise for I don't believe that you give recognition of bonuses for the cashier holding the line under pressure from ignorant people that should be dealing with someone in management who gets paid to protect the crew and the authority to kick anyone who wants to disrespect any cashier (who cares how long they been a customer) Ban them! Adele was amazing at the meadowbridge location!

The manager and staff are wonderful! They keep everything ready and well moving along.

I go there everyday. The owner Maria is so nice and she is very attractive. Only reason i go in there.
