Allison is my new best friend . She helped me use coupons I didn’t even know I had and was so friendly and sweet and fun. Especially for me someone riddle with anxiety at any public outing. She made me feel important and not like a burden like some places. 10/10

CVS is making a chef for the better

This place has excellent service, great products both under their name, and those they sell, a great environment, and the management is beyond par. I love coming in every time to pick up a few things, because I feel at home here. Naturally, I would have to give a 5 star review for the great experiences I have here.

Such incredibly grateful for the kindness of the employees. Last night they filled an rx for me that came over 5 minutes before closing.

Just gotta that Haddy (if I spelled that correctly) is amazing in the pharmacy. I've been coming every month for about a year and she is always working hard and doing her best and with a positive attitude. She goes out if her way to be helpful and is always respectful to staff. CVS needs to whatever they can to keep her there and happy. She is absolutely a great asset to the pharmacy and I'm personally glad to have met her.😊

They have gotten a lot better. The pharmacy answers the phone now. I have to say...my last 5 experiences with them have been good. I would have given them a five if it wasn't for old experiences.

Excellent pharmacy in the store. Great sales on products every week. They always have the meds you need. Friendly employees.

Online and on the phone, this pharmacy says it’s open at 8 but it’s not open until 9. Please update your platform, this is very frustrating as I don’t have access to a car in the evening

My experience for this review relates only to a coronavirus test on July 17, 2020. I had an appointment for drive-up testing for 12:30pm and arrived on time. I pulled up to the drive thru as instructed by signage. Drive thru was only a single lane, and there were 5 cars ahead of me. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes, I finally pulled up to the window around 1:45pm and the employee at the window, who was polite enough, apologized and said "the computer was down." She then supplied me with a paper bag containing a swab, test tube, and two wipes. She instructed me that I would have to swab for a sample myself in each nostril while she timed me for at least 10 seconds on each side. Next I had to put the swap into the test tube, then break off the end of the wooden swab stick to cap the tube. Finally I was told to put the tube in the zip lock bag, and place the sample myself into the little plastic biohazard box attached to the outside of the building in the drive thru. I literally had to forcibly stuff my sample down into the overflowing biohazard container so it hopefully wouldn't fall back out onto the ground. Also, although the paperwork indicated a test result turnaround of up to 5 days based on demand, the young clerk who instructed the "do-it-yourself" covid test said it would be 2 weeks for my results. The whole experience did not inspire much confidence, and left me feeling uncertain and disappointed. I know CVS can do better than this. Thanks for reading, and please "like" this review.

I would give you zero stars but that wasn't an option. The pharmacy is consistently slow. I went to the window and sat for several minutes, of course no one came to help me. After waiting, I called the store only to get a recorded message that the pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2:00?!? How about a sign out in the drive-thru to tell someone, or a sign on the drive-thru window? What a neat idea. And why shut the whole pharmacy down? Could the pharmacist not rotate in 30-45 minute lunch shifts? Just a poorly operated & managed store.
