Progressive Dental of Mechanicsville

First visit yesterday and was the most relaxing dental visit ever. Had 3 fillings and teeth cleaned and was awesome. Friendly staff. I will be going there for now on

From the very beginning of my appointment to the end, I was made to feel extremely comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions without hesitation. They went above and beyond and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. The facility is clean, including the bathroom, which was a dream.😍 The hygienist had a light touch and all of their equipment and x-ray machines were state of the art. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Ball and his staff are amazing and accommodating. It is so pleasant to know they offer 8am appointments. The front office always helps to get maximum insurance benefits. Dr. Ball provides a wellness plan and arranges appointments that easily fit my schedule. Excellent experience each time. Plus, the office is conveniently located across from Memorial Regional Hospital in Mechanicsville, VA

Front office staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Ball himself- all exude such warmth! They are welcoming and positive and genuinely make dental appointments enjoyable! (Which I know is a hard thing for some!) I never feel rushed through an appointment and know the team takes great care and pays attention to detail. I appreciate the phone calls and appointment reminders, too! Thank you Progressive Dental for creating such a warm and positive atmosphere for dental care!

I absolutely adore the staff at progressive dental. They are some of the kindest people I’ve encountered, make you feel comfortable and take the time to know you. I love how quick the process goes too, you’re in and out within 45 minutes or so. Everyone is so friendly, and does an excellent job.

Dr. Ball and all of the ladies are absolutely amazing and so kind. My kids enjoyed their first dental visit. They took the time to explain everything to my kids and during my cleaning and procedures. The office is extremely clean and it is in a nice area. Thank you Dr. Ball and all of the ladies!!

Progressive Dentistry is the absolute best!! I have dreaded and hated going to the dentist all my life but Progressive changed that for me. Everyone is patient and kind. They treat you like family!! I highly recommend them especially if you are someone who dreads the dentist.

I have been going to Progressive Dental for nearly 20 years. I have had great experiences all around. The entire staff is very friendly Dr. Ball has done great work and is awesome specifically in terms of pain management during procedures like Crowns. The front office staff has been great and over the years has been very helpful with with benefits determinations and help choosing between dental plans and working with Orthodontists for my kids braces. The hygienists I have had have all been very friendly and very good as well.

I have been going to Dr. Ball since he began his practice at Progressive Dental. And since my husband's former dentist retired, he has also been going to Dr. Ball. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful dentist Dr. Ball is, and the amazing staff he has. I would highly recommend Dr. Ball to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with his services and would give him and his entire staff 6 out of 5 stars!

I recently switched to Dr Ball and I am very pleased with his office and the staff there. Just today I had a crown procedure done (thanks Bryna!) and it was smoother than expected. The staff is professional and the office is clean and bright. It is a very welcoming atmosphere and this team is all good at what they do. I am also impressed with the short wait times to be seen. This is a much better experience for me than my old dental office!

I am a new patient of Dr Ball and his team after my long term dentist retired. I must admit I was apprehensive about a new dentist. Dr Ball and his team were wonderful. I have never seen such a professional group who work so well as a team. They explain what they are doing every step of the way and make sure you are completely comfortable with the procedure as they work. I really can not say enough good things about everyone from scheduling to Dr Ball. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a new practice, I highly recommend this group.

Progressive Dental gives exceptionally wonderful dental care! I have been a patient with this practice for a number of years and Dr. Ball, Tammy and all of the staff treat me, my husband and daughters like family. I cannot say enough about this amazing dental practice!

Dr. Ball and his team are absolutely the best. My family of 4 have been patients here for 5 years. I have needed more dental work than I care to admit and Dr. Ball has been excellent. He and his team make us feel welcome every time we walk in, somehow they remember what we talked about the previous visit! They also go out of their way to accommodate me and my 2 boys for parallel cleaning visits so we are in and out quickly, which really helps our busy after school schedule. So glad we found this practice years ago, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this dental practice! I’ve been going to the same location for many years. Lovely decor, welcoming, friendly staff. Dr. Ball is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, the final product be it filling or crown is always perfect in appearance and feel. Cannot recommend enough; I send area newcomers here frequently.
