Before ordering, I asked a question about the width of the band. I was told, indeed, it was 1 inch wide. With the new Apple Ultra 2, bands smaller than 1 inch look silly, and I had already ordered elsewhere with no success. I knew to ask this question before ordering.
As you can see from the picture below, the band was not 1 inch wide when it arrived. I immediately contacted iCenter and was curious to know what the response would be. They took ownership of the mistake and promptly refunded my $$.
I hope they eventually make a band that is 1 inch wide. The quality I received was terrific, just not the size I wanted.
