The UPS Store

UPS stores are a one stop shop. I was able to ship package, notarized documents and scanned and emailed them right at the store

This location is great. It is always packed but the service is great. They help each customer regardless of how much they bring in and sometimes if you are behind a small business owner shoppi g 📦 it can be stressful. I love that they care about each person's needs equally.
This store is always clean and tidy.
I love coming here because I trust the manager and his team to do a great job.

The staff was very helpful. I had two packages I needed to send back to Amazon sellers. I was able to email my labels to the store's computer and print for shipping. She even recommended another mailing package that cost less. I highly recommend coming here if you have packages to mail using UPS.

Great experience shipping from here! John, Shawn & Christine are super friendly and went above and beyond recently to help me with my package issue. Store is clean and service is fast!

Each visit I've taken to this store, I've felt no pressure to handle my business. I have had a lot of different employees converse with me about the job and I don't think it's so bad on normal weekdays. Everyone in the reviews complain based on their biased opinions, if not then just one bad experience. This store has been a major stone for the past year with the major orders I've had to handle. I am glad that this one is so local. Good job UPS.

Great Service at UPS at Victory Crossing! I have been going to UPS location at Victory Crossing for a while. Mr John is the Service Manager/Owner is awesome. He is very respectful and generous. Ms Valerie is the UPS service worker is outstanding. She is so kind and respectful. They both are extremely great and so helpful. I love being served at the Victory Crossing UPS location. Being in Customer Service for 11 yrs .. I look at how Service Workers handle busy, uncomfortable times .. This UPS gets it … and it’s in a Urban community .. Workers must be from Chic-Fila classes 😃😃🤣🤣

This is a busy location so you may not be able to pop in and out in a couple minutes. However, they are always friendly and knowledgeable about the services provided.
