Millers

This place is an absolute gem! The staff are pleasant and personable. It’s in a “convenient” location but that’s not where it ends. I am able to get everything I need including some ice cold beer on the weekend.

I am new to the greater Richmond area and have been to the Wawa’s and 7-Eleven’s which are on every block, understaffed, jammed with people and oh yeah the floors are always sticky, gross! Miller’s and the team at this location take pride in their facility and most of all their customers! It's Miller Time!!

This gas station always seems to have good gas prices. It's independent, apparently. But I've never had problem with the gas here. I can't vouch for the food inside though. Mostly typical convenience store fare with some oddly super cheap pizza prices. Might be frozen pizza, though.

Lets talk about this place.

Its a convenience store. Next to one of the most active shopping strips in the region. In possibly the most wealthy part of the entire Richmond Metro area. Apartments, and housing developments. It has stiff competition. With a Food Lion behind it, and a Publix in front of it. The only thing it has going for it is convenience and the gas pumps as a selling point. And the presentation.

The presentation sucked. Beer cases were stacked in the middle of the store. Warm. My brothers and sisters in Christ, why would I buy a warm case of beer from you when I can go to the Food Lion right behind you and buy a cold one, at the same size, for a dollar less?

I get it. Competition is fierce. But that is no excuse to phone it in. I can't get a quick cup of coffee at the food lion. I can't find the bathroom quickly at the food lion. I can't get gas at the food lion. I can't get a decent hot dog at the food lion.

The toilet was clean. Nothing else was. The walls were covered in yellow streaks I don't want to think about. The gas is cheaper, a single exit down the highway. If there was coffee, it was not apparent. I assume there was something in the jugs. After seeing the warm cases of beer and yellow bathroom walls, I ignored it. The only saving grace was prices were comparable to other convenience stores in the area. So at least they were not gauging you too.

Extremely annoying! Pump shuts iff at $75....had to pump twice to fill. Clerk had trouble giving both receipts (only available inside). Bathroom wS disgusting. Prices were high.

The pumps are very very slow which is why the station is usually full and you have to wait in line. As I write this it's taking about 10 minutes to fill up a medium sized tank

This was my favorite store until yesterday day morning they tell me the 7-Eleven rewards is no more at that store I like my 7-Eleven rewards so I go to another store and they takes it 🤔 what’s going on with that one

I got gas here Thursday and they placed a $75 hold on my account that still hasn’t been refunded yet and it’s been over three days. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not pay at the pump here they are taking peoples money.

Cashier has repeatedly said both inappropriate and homophobic comments casually

I experienced homophobic comments from the owner and was disappointed by the service. Would not recommend.

Charged me double for gas when I PREPAID AT THE REGISTER. Apparently this is an issue whether paying at the pump or inside. Do not get gas from here

Don't bother came for diesel fuel seventeen minutes for diesel and got 11 gallons out of 32 needed

Watch how much you are paying at the register. Like other reviewers it comes up drastically more at the register than what is posted on the shelf and the cashier talks to you to distract you from being overcharged.

It’s the same story all the time at this place. They advertise a lower price on the shelf and charge you significantly more at the register. Done dealing with these people.

Overcharged 75 for a carwash. It's been 2weeks and they still have not fixed it after several calls.
