Mouthwatering! A pasta lovers paradise!!!!
I have yet to order anything I didn’t enjoy. Each time I have dined at Pastaria the service has been great - humorous and talented servers. The service is very fast and consistently reliable. You don’t want to miss out on all the incredible dishes they have to offer!
You have to be prepared to cozy up to your neighbors for this dining experience, so if that’s not your style I’d recommend not coming during peak times.

We sat in a little corner at the bar and it was fabulous! Our bartender was delightful to talk to and she made an absolutely killer espresso martini. The roasted mushroom pizza is one of the best pizzas we’ve had. The rosemary on it was divine. The cacio e pepe was delicious. It was nice and light and simple! The serving was huge and if I hadn’t been going to a concert afterwards I would have 100% brought the rest home with me. The interior is very interesting, almost warehouse like with its spaciousness and high ceilings. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy. People watching from the bar was fun and it looked like everyone else was having a wonderful time too!

So delicious!!! Pastaria, 10/10! An easy 10/10. Today was my first time trying this place and the customer service was superb! I love the aesthetics and the cozy atmosphere! The pizza was delicious and the pasta was so yummy! I had a mock tail and it was so refreshing! Everything was perfect! I’m definitely going back! Oh and the salted caramel gelato, so good!

Delicious food and wonderful cocktails. I would recommend Pastaria to all as their menu offers something for every palate. Cannot wait to return and try another dish. Bravo!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pastaria, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, inviting ambiance and the friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant was bustling with energy, a testament to its popularity, but despite the crowds, everything ran smoothly and our food arrived on time.

Pastaria's menu offers a delightful selection of Italian dishes, expertly prepared and presented with flair. The flavors were rich, and every bite was a testament to the skill and passion of the chefs in the kitchen. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and I could tell that care had been taken in crafting each dish.

The service was a highlight of the evening. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations when we were unsure what to order.

While the restaurant was a bit crowded, it only added to the lively atmosphere, and the noise level never became overwhelming. That being said, I would highly recommend making a reservation beforehand to secure a table and avoid any wait times.

In summary, Pastaria offers a fantastic dining experience, complete with exceptional food, a vibrant atmosphere, and outstanding service. It's the perfect place for a special occasion, a night out with friends, or simply to enjoy a fantastic meal in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning soon and encourage others to give it a try!

Kaleb, nattalie and calyn are absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Kaleb is the best bartender and Calyn and nattalie are WONDERFUL waitresses!! The risotto balls are wonderful and the cacio e pepe was AMAZING!!!! Will be coming back. 10/10!!

Definitely come here. Definitely skip the tiramisu.

Caccio Peppe is fantastic (10/10). Kale salad also surprising winner (8/10). We split a pasta and a large salad among two and were perfectly filled.

The big disappointment was the tiramisu - it is very creamy, but mostly bland with some chocolate taste. There is no taste of coffee. Would suggest going for gelato for dessert.

Make a reservation if you want to go here!! It's always surprisingly packed - and for good reason! The pizza here is phenomenal, the service is wonderful! We got the Margherita pizza, a classic, and the risotto balls. My husband loves the risotto balls; I personally think they're just OK but the white sauce they come with is to die for! So tangy and yummy. They also have complimentary bread with olive oil, chili oil, and Grana padana. We sat at the food bar where we watched them prep and cook the pizzas - fun for conversation and just people watching in general :)

I read great reviews about Pastaria Restaurant, so We came to experience it ourselves. The place was in fact crowded, I guess that’s a good thing, so We had to seat at the bar. The bartender was very helpful with the menu, and very friendly.
We ordered some drinks; Inverno old fashioned, and house wine for me,( we enjoyed it )As a starter We ordered the ricotta ball,( they were fantastic) They also bring you fresh bread with olive oil. For the main course, We had Tagliatelle bolognese and Chicken alla cacciatore; both were delicious, but my absolutely favorite one was the Chicken alla cacciatore, each bite is a mix of fresh intense flavor( fantastic) For dessert We had Spumoni Flourless chocolate torte, nutty, high intense quality of dark chocolate, and a little tart (Amazing)
Finally We asked for the check it was high but It worth it Lol 😂

Hi, I went here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and it was incredible! Our server Javier was attentive and the service overall was great. Our food was delivered hot and in a timely manner, which I wasn't expecting because we went on a busy night. The place is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent (coming from someone who's been in the service industry and knows how stressful a Saturday night is, lol). Highly recommend!

Hard not to love Pastaria’s slightly pricey but crazy delicious food. Good pizza, ridiculous Risotto balls and incredible pasta make Pastaria always a good choice for business or family gatherings. Worth visiting 😊

This place certainly lived up to the hype!! I had the pistachio ravioli (suggested by the server) and it was incredible. The meal was very pricy but we also had custom drinks from the mixologists at the bar. Def a must go on your trip to Saint Louis but at a higher price point.

Try the Toasted Linguini - oh my gosh! The shaved kale salad was also a bit hit - so tasty. They had some great wines also, but I opted for the draft beers. Would highly recommend!

Upscale and real culinary art. A bougie place with bougie food. Everything I’ve had here was very interesting and full of flavor. The service is excellent too, though they are often busy even on weekdays and on Sundays (definitely be sure to make a reservation on their website in advance, it’s so busy that they usually can’t even seat you until a few minutes after your reservation, but it’s so worth it.) But busy-ness is a good sign, it just means the place is fantastic and in high demand, which it is. A great place to take someone if you’re trying to impress (I wouldn’t do a first date here, because it’s too loud to have a meaningful conversation…. Maybe a good place for a 5th date or someone you’ve been with for a while.)

Pastaria is an excellent Italian restaurant all-around. Their outside seating is nice and they've cleared out space in their usually packed interior for COVID. All the staff were very friendly as well. The food was delicious. We started with the Little Gem Chopped Salad which had a great variety of ingredients that all complimented each other perfectly. For the main course we had the Chitarra al Pomodoro and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Both were full of flavor and phenomenal. For desert we had the Carmalized Pinenut and Panna cotta gelato. So good! Will totally come here again next time I'm in St. Louis.

All the pasta was fresh and the dishes were all tasty but the gelato was definitely the highlight of the meal.

My girlfriend and I decided to visit Pastaria for our anniversary. My girlfriend is a huge Italian food fan and we had heard good things about Pastaria, and we can definitely say that we agree with the general consensus. The location is somewhat hard to find from the street level, but inside, it gives a calm and collected atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff that help provide you with water refills and bread in a quick, efficient fashion.

While the pricing can be somewhat on the higher end for certain dishes, the food comes in decently large portions, enough to which my girlfriend and I each ordered a dish that we shared together, and still had enough to take home afterwards. (The pictures attached are from split portions so they don't look as pristine as when we received them, but trust us when we say it was delicious.) Our server was extremely nice and helped us choose a delicious bottle of wine which we had with our meal, and it complemented it extremely well. I would recommend trying one of their pasta dishes that may be outside of your norm, as you may not expect apple slices to be good with pasta, but it was some of the most delicious food that we had.

It also seems like the location is very family friendly. We noticed a large handful of families and children that were there and it seemed like they were all enjoying their meals. There is also a small bar, if you're just looking to come in for a quick drink, however I wouldn't recommend it as the area for that is pretty tiny. They also offer delicious gelato which is great for all ages. We didn't have any of the pizza, but they also make full pizzas that looked delicious as well.

Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to eat that isn't so terribly fancy that you need to dress up, but that has delicious authentic Italian food, I would highly recommend Pastaria!
