Both of childern have has good experiences and fair opportunities which have been great for my family. They do a very great job with minimal parent support in pps. They also have some of the BEST teachers in America.

Buses be overcrowded with about 3 different neighborhoods knowing that these kids from different neighborhoods don't get along

Need to get a better system when it comes to buses are late. There's no reason why no one is calling when school let out @3:45-3:50 and my child still isn't home @4:52. If transportation know bues is running that late we should get a phone call. When I called to see where was my childs bus, the lady hung up on me because I said I'm tired of thses buses. When called back and asked her did she hang up on me , she said yes she did. So MF RUDE! Something needs to be done because the next MF hang up on me about my child it not going to be good. Get it together PPST!!

Call in the a.m EVERYBODY seem like they dont want to be at work bus drivers have attitudes all the time and the call center to see where the bus is seem like they dont want to work answer phone with an attitude and dont even say ok your welcome have a nice they say yea ok mmhmm click!!! Idk where just moved to a city that dont gaf about anything!! Its sad!!

They seriously lack in professionalism. To get an issue solved is difficult and involves much arguing. I just wish they were friendlier and willing to help.

These folks are a shame. Bus 240 is horrible! This lady literally is late every time she has our route & if your kids aren’t standing in the pouring rain waiting on her she will drive right past them. The people in the office are even worse, will keep you on hold thinking they’re being funny but I screenshot it all. I have literally sat outside with my kids walking to the stop & she kept going. You call & complain they’ll call back a wk later!!!! Someone really needs to look into this craziness 30 mins late is crazy in itself
