I'm not liking the review on this page at all Dr Gupta has been my family doctor for over 15 year I meet him working n assisted living, when he would come by and check on his patients he would always ask for is his nurse .he would be talking about me, he is a wonderful ❤ Dr. I have never had any problems with him. When u do not understand something he will explain it to you intil you understand it. I have RA and I'm n pain and have stuffs he want me to go see a RA doctor but I will not because I do not trust anyone but him. When people post stuff that is not nice about him it really upset me bc I have never seen that side of him , I tell people all the time just because u had a bad experience the first time u should give another try cuz working in the medical field is a hard position c because I also work in the medical field and I know how it can be some days, but to put a nasty post about him is not ok, how would u feel if someone posted something like that about, one your first time meeting you. Dr. Gupta the way you regard your patients like they are the most important persons in the world is especially commendable. Kudos!

Exceptional doctor very polite and gentle
listen to my 91 year old mother (who is very stubborn and inpatient) help her made correct end of life decision. Dr. Gupta is my primary care doctor and majority of my neighbours have also started seeing him.

Love this practice. Dr. Gupta is phenomenal. He takes the time to listen and goes the extra mile to find the root cause of the issue. The nurses and receptionists are also very pleasant and professional. I'm glad I found this practice.

Amazing physician polite and gentle has great depth of medical knowledge. Dr. Gupta saw on time diagnosed why I had such a severe cough. I am feeling much better after three months and going to three different doctors.

Hi my name is Kristina. Until today I was a patient. I searched and found them, who I loved. I also took my son,and my mother there. The doctors are awesome. But at the end of the day it's about money. I loved them, and thought they were very personal. Long story short. They refused to refill something that helped my mother tremendously because of money owed. I even asked to just fill a week until I could make right with the bill. But they wouldn't. So she has to suffer now because of money. I don't normally deal with social media but I couldn't let this one go. I am a holy person so I still will pray for each and every one of them. It's just frustrating, now I have to look for another doctor for my entire family! God Bless! In Jesus mighty name Amen

I would give this doctors office 0 stars if I could. They never called to verify my insurance before my office visit and the office manager and nurse insisted that I pay a $90 fee for a self- pay patient before I could see the nurse practitioner for a tele visit. Update: months later, still no refund and they state they are too busy to check on that.

I was shuffled around to about 4 different people in the office regarding my co-pay and insurance verification and the provider signed on 20 minutes late for my appointment. It is too bad that my husband's cousin was working today in the front office. Sorry to have to write this terrible review!

They have the worst staff. I don’t know what was the name of one of the receptionist . She called me and was shouting at me because I was not able to go to the appointment because of an emergency and then when I was about to ask her about reschedule she just hanged up on me. Is this how doctors or their assistants should behave with the patients?never going there again.

I do not recommend this doctor's office to anyone!! Had a terrible experience and never going back again. The billing department is terrible, unresponsive and very unprofessional. I kept getting bills from the lab, the billing supervisor said she needed paper copy of the bills to fix the issue, went back in person just for that and the docs were never delivered to her. This doctor's office does not even have an email address and their fax machine does not even work. Had to send the documents to her personal yahoo email. Ended up paying for changes I should not have paid because the issues were never resolved.
The worst part is that Dr Gupta and Dr Lewis would not take the time to call with the lab results, they both required an appointment that took literally less than 5 mins just to say everything was ok. Never had such a horrible experience with any Dr's office.

Poor communication and customer service. They charge everything (appointments, annual physical, prescriptions, etc) more than any other family doctor/physician I have ever seen. Rooms look poor and front desk workers are not wanting to help. Look elsewhere.

The most unprofessional dr.'s office and office manager ever encountered. The office manager refused to talk to me saying I'd refused a dr.'s appointment even though I went to their office and was treated.

Horrible front desk staff. They totally didn't respect the fact that I had to get to work at 11 and my appointment was at 10. I refused to sit for an hour and wait.
Respect patients time and give them a call ahead if there is a delay.

Worst place to be a patient specially the manager of this facility , she is horrible horrible !Stay away from this Clinic
