Dr. Samir T. Abdelshaheed, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. ABDELSHAHEED for almost 13 yrs my first PCP Dr. ! He is a great Provider ya sometimes we have to wait but we too have to understand when it’s our turn we have millions of questions for him it’s not just a headache or fever, I don’t like to be rushed out and that takes as much time like everyone, I’ll wait for my Dr. A . I know when it’s my time it’s my time, If his patients have a problem talk to him about it, he doesn’t know what’s going on he’s taking care of (us) his patients. I do let him know and he takes care of it himself! I love my Doctor he’s caring very kind and he worries about his patients. Love his nurse she’s so thorough professional with all she does. Finally I see a website that lets us know what insurance they accept . You go to other Dr. office you still have to wait. I can say ( I trust my Dr. ) I make sure before I leave even if I’m in pain I ll make him laugh cause he works hard! In the Medical field is hard n stressful but he loves it

I think Dr A is amazing! The ladies are so helpful when I call or go for an appointment. Now that the new office is open, I feel like the group as a whole has really come together. Ms Brittany is my girl! Man she makes my life easier when I have to call in! The wait time has been cut in half. No more waiting an hour to be seen. Dr A is funny and very caring. I really recommend Dr A and his office

As a new patient and my first visit I expected a bit of a delay and there was.
The facility is very clean and everything from toilets to light switches worked as they should.
I noticed that the key people know their job and are responsible for making a complex organization run smooth.
I saw Dr. Abdelshaheed. I have both existing heath issues as well as a couple new. He addressed all completely.
I've had three good doctors retire. I hope Dr. Abdelshaheed is a long way from that.

Dr Abdelshaheed is a very good Dr. He's very understanding and patient with my mom and myself. We've been seeing him for over 6yrs now. With my mom what ever he says that's best for her that what she go by his word. We love you Dr Abdelshaheed.

Me and my husband began seeing this practice a few months ago and are thrilled with the change in PCPs!!!! The staff are so friendly and hardly ever a wait! And Dr. Samir has one of the best bedside manners I've seen in a long time! Definitely glad we changed!

Love Dr A! I have received excellent care as a patient. Dr Abdelshaheed was extremely thorough and uncovered why I've been so exhausted lately. I'm so thankful for the care I have received here and feel like I have finally found a Dr who will take the time to listen to me and find answers to my symptoms. I've never had more energy.

Like any doctor's office there maybe waiting. The whole staff is friendly, communicates well, and knowledgable.

The best doctors they do everything right there the nurses that act like they know what they're doing they do know what they're doing Everest options are very nice everybody in that building is nice very good well trained doctors I love them

My fav doctor

The doctor I was seeing retired, so this is a new Doctor for me. I've only had two visits, but I have no complaints with him or the staff. Everyone has been awesome. He has done everything I could expect from a new provider. His PA in training, Pooja Patel is the best. I get in a little passed the appointment time, but that happens everywhere now. At the moment, I could not be happier with this provider.

So I was scared as I don't know what based off these reviews! It was an actually great experience. The staff was friendly, the wait time was about 15 min (and that's with me coming in late) Dr. Abdelshaheed was friendly. Maybe this was bad to ya'll but coming from the VA hospital and being transferred here, this place was paradise. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 cuz folks be ignoring 5 star reviews. But it was 5 stars in my book

We had recently moved to the area from New York and my son got sick. I went in search of a family doctor to take my son to. I found Family Medicine and called them to schedule an appointment. They were really nice about getting my son seen as soon as possible which was the next day at 9:30. I was very relieved that they were going to be able to see my son so quickly! My husband and I drove there are arrived around 9:00. We had to park at the Rite Aid parking lot next door because there was no available parking spaces. The parking lot is small so we thought "No big deal". We walk into the office and there is no seating. People are standing against the wall because there is no where else to go. I thought of this as a slight inconvenience but as a good sign because all of these people must really like the doctor. I did the first time patient forms which were pretty standard. The lady at the desk was nice. I was a little surprised that an office that has pediatrics, didn't have any toys or anything for the kids to play with while they wait. That was no big deal for me though, since I packed an arsenal of supplies to keep my little one busy. Now, I was by no means expecting to be seen exactly at 9:30. That never happens at a doctors office. However, what I did expect was to be seen before 10:15. Nope, we didn't get called until 10:45 ish, At this point my son is super antsy and just wants to go. (as most 20 month olds do). We get called back and escorted to an exam room. It was nice and clean nothing outrageous about it it looked like a typical exam room. The nurse was pretty distant and didn't smile at all. (Maybe she was having a bad day?) We then had to wait for around another 15 minutes until the doctor came in. He was nice, pretty easy to understand, explained things pretty well, tried to calm down my terrified son. Nice man. He only spent maybe two minutes with us so I really can't write too much of a review on him. Since it was a busy day I kind of understand. After that they did a throat culture on my son and sent us on our way. I went to schedule an appointment and the lady was pretty distant as well. Maybe it's because back at my son's old family doctor in New York everyone had a smile on their face and made you feel like you weren't a burden. Maybe I just went there at a bad day. So all and all it's not the worst place you can go but it isn't the best place I have been either. I'll add on to my review when I go back maybe people will be in a better mood that day!
