This review is long overdue.. I've always had the best time working with Erica "The Best" Satterwhite. She is quick, smart, attentive, patient , and understanding etc. Not only does she care about the properties she oversee but she definitely make sure to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner. I recommend anyone who's looking to rent or buy a home to contact Erica first trust me. She has something beneficial to offer, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time Erica is a one stop shop.

I have had the most positive experiences working with Erica Satterwhite. She has given my company many privileges of working with and for Morgan Property Management! When I have showed up to her properties; I always dealt with the nicest tenants which let me know that she and Morgan Property are excellent judges of character to whom they allow in their houses. I am a HUGE fan of Erica and this company! Great work guys!

MPM has managed my units for many years and has always been a reliable partner in keeping them well maintained and getting quality tenants in place. Last year they even coordinated a major renovation in one of the units and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I've been renting with them for a year and did a my renewal recently. I don't have many issues and basically keep to myself. I like that where there is a problem or discrepancy, they don't hesitate to give a call or clarify it quickly.

I rented in 2021 from Morgan Property Management located in Jacksonville Beach. The property was very clean, well kept and in a safe neighborhood. Their website for rental transactions (requesting maintenance, paying rent) was very easy to use and understand. The staff was very responsive to any issues I had. Although, my issues were small, they did not make me feel like I was complaining. When I had questions about the end of the lease and the turnover process, they were very patient with explaining the process and answering my questions. I have recommended them to friends.

My experience has been nothing but positive with Morgan PM. Going on my 3rd year as a tenant and very happy. Service requests and maintenance are handled in a timely manner with professional people. They are helpful and accommodating and the ladies in the office are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
