Melissa Myers is the worst person i've ever dealt with when looking for a rental property. I called for 3-4 days. Left multiple voicemails, all of which were ignnored because she was screening her calls. I used a caller ID spoof app on my phone and literally called back 30 seconds after I left another message... Which she answered right away. I asked her why she hasn't returned my calls and she said because the property already has a contract on it. I then said "You know... it's a little un-professional to ignore someone interested in renting from you and screen your calls. You could have simply told me it was unavailable and I would have liked to look at other properties" to which she said "You don't know me and can't talk to me like that. I'm just now checking voicemails and have been very busy"... I'm curious... how were you "so busy and just checking voicemails" when you knew who I was and what property I was calling about and instantly answered the phone from a different number versus my own? This lady provided terrible customer service if you'd even call it service at all. I own property as well as rent property. When I move to a new town I like to rent first. I have never dealt with such a rude amatuer running a sub-par business before. I would encourage anyone reading this to not go through her realty service and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know about her atrocious attitude. Shape up melissa... You're running a realty service...You need promoters out there. Not detractors. I hope you wise up and treat your customers better.

This agent is the worst I have ever encountered. She cancelled an appointment to see a property just hours before the showing and told me it was just rented. I did not get an opportunity to place a backup rental application. Then she told me another unit was available. I asked to see it and she rented it without a word to me. Then the first unit came back on the market, and was advertised to the public. She then refused to show it to me when I inquired about the lease terms. She went as far as to tell the owner that I might break the lease. I am weighing a lawsuit.

Arrived at our 330 appointment, but Myers no-showed. Called her after 15 minutes and was told that an application was in, so she wouldn't be coming. Wish she had let me know before I took off work to meet her. If they're this bad with sales, I couldn't imagine what a nightmare theydt be with maintenance issues.
