Kim Ormond is a great realtor. If you have any questions she will find a way to get you answers. She is very courteous and polite. She will give you everything you need to know and allows you to make your decision without being pushy. She listens to her clients so you are always on the same page. I worked with Kim three times now (finding a rental, buying my first home and selling my last home) and my experience with Kim is very consistent. She does what she says she will do, she is clearly in your corner and is very responsive. I am very grateful that Kim has been and will continue to be my go to Realtor for future business.
