I had a pleasurable experience. The wait time wasn’t long on the specific day I went and the staff were attentive. The provider I saw was pleasant and called in another script after I had an allergic reaction to the first antibiotic. I didn’t have any allergies that I knew of, so it was helpful that I was able to speak to someone and he changed it immediately.

Wonderful experience, I was pleased by the entire Team, smile and pleasant receptionist, Emma MA efficient and kind, and a knowledgeable Kyle C. ARNP who was attentive, engaging me in my treatment/plan, and very professional. Definitely a facility I would refer others to. Illness 7/10, feeling better 5/10 breathing much better. The staff were wonderful! They were kind and patient, caring and understanding, and did not make us feel rushed. They took their time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and answered all my questions. It was everything medical care should be these days but, unfortunately, can be hard to find.

Went in on a Sunday, first impression was that the facility was very clean. The friendly receptionist greeted me after signing in and provided me with registration paperwork. Keila was pleasant, and quick with her procedures (testing for flu/ strep/vid), and Laura Clark - the PA that saw me, was thorough and explained my diagnosis and follow up plan, got my script ordered and it was ready when I walked into the pharmacy. All three were efficient, professional and helpful! Especially important when you’re not feeling well.

Made an appointment online for suspected sinus infection and was in and out fairly quickly. Staff was very nice and facility was clean. Medical providers were professional and responsive to my relay of information & symptoms.

I live out of town but came here when I stuck something in my foot. I can't say enough nice things about them. They were all so kind and sweet from the time I walked in the door. Dr. Laura and her staff were just the best getting that out of my foot. So if you are local to the area or an out of towner in Tallahassee give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I couldnt have ask for it to go any better. Many thanks to everyone there. 🤗🥰

All staff at Patients First were friendly and professional. Very short wait time as I had pre scheduled the appointment. APRN was knowledgeable, discussed diagnosis well and gave options and prognosis for further treatment. This is the second time I've been to this location and highly recommend it for great service.ll

Online registration was easy to complete. Appointment was on time. Desk staff was courteous. Nurse was thorough and attentive. Doctor listened, examined, and explained. I would use this office again.

Made appointment online. Check in easy. Provider very knowledgeable. Professional, clean, prompt! Beats waiting 2 weeks to see your pcp and then waiting 45-60 minutes to see your harried provider

Extremely helpful and professional. This location had an immediate staffing issue occur, and the rest of the team stepped up and made things happen. All while being extremely friendly. Highly recommend

The entire staff here was wonderful; kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, most especially Kyle Coston. The office is super clean and quiet. I made an appointment and had no wait time.

Walked in to see the staff sanitizing all the chairs and pens used. I didn’t have an appointment and was seen in less than 10 minutes.

Visit was great, professional and Will was very attentive, all were from front desk to nurses, thanks great place when you in an emergency ‼

They did blood work. She is Pre-diabetes. The staff and Doctor was fabulous. Top Notch!

Prompt service, friendly staff! Made a reservation the morning of and was in and out in a timely manner. Staff at the Mahan location were exceptionally kind and caring, from the receptionist to the MA/nurse and physician. Took the time to actively listen and acknowledge all of my symptoms and concerns, while also being personable and making me laugh during a tough time. Knowledgeable and professional staff! First time at this facility and will definitely recommend to all! Thank you all!

Very pleasant staff and a very quick appointment with all my concerns being addressed. (I didn’t need to have any testing done which would have made the visit a little longer.)

My husband had to visit on Christmas Eve. The doctor performed a minor surgical procedure on an abscess and gave him some medicine to help with infection and pain. He came home an hour later feeling so much better. Thank you for being available, listening to the concern and taking action!

This place is amazing all the way through. All employees are amazing and a special shout out to the dr. I seen he is definitely the best Dr I have ever dealt with !!

Had to wait a little longer than expected, but staff was very polite, helpful and very apologetic about my long wait time. One of the nicer patient firsts in town.
