Chris and Manny are your best bet for managing your property in the whole Southeast Florida region. Many condo owners are leaving their existing property management companies because of their inability to manage their assets properly, and that is why I chose them after their referral to me from other bldg. owners in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
They are the most responsive team when the A/C goes out, or when that water heater fails, and they get it done immediately and most importantly correctly. There are many to choose from in Broward, but when it comes to having it done right, these are your guys.
