I was very impressed by the customer service at this UPS store. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They handled my package with care and gave me a clear tracking number. The price was reasonable and the delivery was fast. I highly recommend this store.

The customer service when I go in its a smile they ask if all good treat you with kindness which is what a lot of ups stores lack but here I'm comfortable easy returns and they know me and that most important to a customer so thank you staff wanted to shout out Robert and Leeann for always keeping it with kindness

Been here over a times. Always good service with great quality. I use them for high end color photo copies & supplies. Happy with my visits. I visited tonight 11/30 around 6pm.

We had a huge freight shipment of about 30 boxes, and Robert went above & beyond in helping us getting it prepared and shipped. He made an extremely stressful situation much easier on us with his excellent communication and superb customer service!

I use UPS a lot, and I cannot say enough about the associates at this location. They make things quick, easy, and they always are extremely accommodating when it comes to my crazy requests. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, so it is refreshing to receive such consistently great service. There are always multiple associates available to assist customers, and I am always greeted with a smile and great service. Even their owner, Robert, is customer facing and always has a quick solution to any request you could possibly have. It is evident that the associates at my UPS store truly care about providing the best customer experience possible, and they never miss the mark. Keep up the great works guys!

I've dealt with a few UPS stores back in Michigan but this location has absolutely gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected.
Great communication for person mail along with amazing package reception. Notary service is great.
ALL staff has been absolutely excellent along with some damn fine Management.
They even helped me coordinate receiving a freight shipment for moving a large amount of boxes here and accepted the pallets for me to come grab.

I prefer using UPS services because it is a comprehensive professional entity. I feel confident sending and receiving packages and never had a problem at all! It is easy to track packages from the point of ordering to shipped, and delivered. Quality of service is meaningful to me and highly valued. Every service is completed in a timely manner. The staff here are very professional. I'm certain that is only because of the leadership of their Mgr. Robert who greets everyone with a smile and a friendly greeting. People/staff mentor what they see. The staff is just as knowledgeable and willing to assist you with all of your concern all while being very patience and safety conscious. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting.

Love this UPS Store! Glad they opened near me. It's very convenient and close to my home in Cooper City. The store is very clean and has everything I need in regards to shipping. The owner is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Of the several UPS Stores I have visited in the area, I found this store to be the friendliest, most welcoming, and efficient. The person at the counter who I think is the owner acknowledged those waiting and assuring them they would be taken care of very shortly. Good customer service.
