I love Dr. Lewy-Alterbaum SOOOOO MUCH!! I have been a patient of hers since 2015, and she has always been so kind and caring!! I have loved working with her office and the workers in her office- the entire time!!

Dr. Lewy-Alterbaum has always taken excellent care of me, has never been pushy, and has always demonstrated such patience with me throughout all of the care she has given me!!

I literally travel 2 hours from home to see her for all these reasons!! I will always keep my care with her- forever and always!!

Dealing with Dr. Lewy-Alterbaum and her entire staff has been such a pleasure. I feel lucky to have found such a caring practice, responsive to my every question and concern. Highly recommend!

Just left this office and I honestly can’t understand how the Google rating is so low. Saw the PA who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She spent more than ample time with me and was extremely thorough. As a doctor in today’s world of medicine, I know that we don’t always have the time to spend with every patient that we would like. I never felt rushed and she answered every question I had. The staff in the front was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!

She is the best! Dr. Lewy is very understanding and informative. She has a brand new staff because the old ones graduated and moved on. The new staff has a lot of experience. I'm there once every 6 to 8 weeks.

Wonderful experience. She is excellent and very kind. Very caring and took time to explain the diagnosis with warmth and compassion. Made sure I understood everything before I left her office. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I am extremely happy with my choice with her as an endocrinologist.

I met Dr. Lewy-Alterbaum for the first time during the first week of November 2017. Not only did she completely address all of my medical issues and concerns, we sat for almost an hour discussing an issue my wife was concerned with. She is a caring an compassionate doctor with incredible "bedside manners." A few days later she personally contacted me to follow up even further. I would highly recommend this doctor!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the staff, PA and Dr. Lewy-Alterbaum. I received a very comprehensive and thorough history and all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this practice.

In the beginning as a new patient , she was nice after it seems more like a cattle call rush service

On 3/7/24, I called in for refill of my prescription. I was told by the receptionist " need to come in to see the Doctor". My appointment would not be for 2 weeks and I was told I would have to see my Primary to get my prescription. They are more interested in collecting money for the office visit then providing PATIENT CARE! AVOID THIS OFFICE.. They will threaten you by placing you on insulin and talk down to you like a child on your first visit if you do not comply. Here is their move.... They will walk in with the insulin needle and place it front of you after they finger stick you. I found it very amusing.

UPDATE! Called my primary and they will be seeing me today! After lunch! NOW THAT IS GREAT PATIENT CARE!

I am pretty sure they will have questions foe me on why I am on this medicine your office has been prescribing, like the last time I saw my primary. Oh well... time to move on!

My primary care physician referred me to an and chronologist, and Dr. Levy Alterbaum took my insurance. At my first appointment I waited one hour and her waiting room. On your first visit you don’t get to see the doctor you have to see the PA, which was fine. I needed a follow up appointment, for a sonogram, The receptionist gave me an an appointment for December 26. She called me about a week later to tell me that the doctors office would be closed and she needed to change the appointment date to December 21, fine not a problem. Since her office is closed on Fridays and my days off on Friday Saturday, I made an appointment for Thursday, December 21 and I took off work so that I could get the sonogram done. On the evening of Wednesday, December 20 I get a call from Leslie telling me that she had to cancel my appointment Because the doctor is leaving early. She told me that she left me a message in the morning to reschedule me, but she didn’t hear back from me so she just canceled the appointment. When I double checked all of my voicemails for that morning, while I was at work, her voicemail was confirming my 1 PM appointment not canceling it. I was so disappointed and frustrated because you gave me less than 24 hour notice that my appointment was canceled after I took off work. And they have the nerve to have a fee when patient cancel less than 24 hours. I know it’s the holiday season and we’re in a festive mood but people still have medical issues that they’re dealing with. Now I have to
reconsider even being under a doctors care who gives so little regard for her patients.
