Patty Da Silva is an extremely professional Realtor and broker. She communicates very well and provided regular updates during the sale of our house. We listed our house in early November and the photos of the property were amazing! Patty's team held a few private open-house events, only inviting people that had shown interest on the online sites. Within three weeks we received an all cash offer that was on target with our goal. The closing process was very easy and the attorney that Patty uses was very professional and he also saved us about $2,000 in unnecessary closing fees!
