I have worked at this branch since Sept of 2023. It has been absolutely wonderful and it has changed my life for the better. Having worked for corporate companies in the past; Bankers has mentors in the industry and ensures that new agents are set up for success. New agents are inundated with opportunity, training in whatever area that they need it on, experts in the field have videos on everything that's needed or wanted. There is also training in the field that helps agents fast track to being able to run solo as soon as they are comfortable.

Leads are provided to all agents and they are not forced to buy their own leads. We have leads from the tristate area and Bankers is always adding new ones so agents can book plenty of appointments.

Lastly, the mindset for the company as I see it. As a branch we are here to help clients. Educate, first and foremost; identify any potential problem areas that clients might have and only present potential solutions if the client wants to see solutions. We are not here to push products and "sell", we are here to help others and ensure that they are prepared and their needs are filled.

Genuinely enjoy what I do working here. Fantastic workplace, wonderful mentors and the freedom to do great things for our communities.

I've greatly enjoyed my time working here so far, the impact I've been able to make on both my community as well as the surrounding ones has felt tremendously fulfilling. Amanda Finch showed up at my door when I was about to turn 65 and unraveled all the mysteries of Medicare, prescription plans, and supplemental coverage. All the coverage has exceeded my expectations, and she did all the heavy lifting to get me covered.
