Florida Farm Bureau Claims

BE AWARE in your dealings with these people and Insurance company!!!
Todd Rowan and the Florida Farm Bureau Insurance company are simply con artists and crooks. They will lie to you to get you sign an agreement and then screw you. I don't have insurance with them but I had to deal with them because of their policy holder who hit my car from behind while I was sitting at a red light and totaled it. They were supposed to cover all the rental car expenses and that was the agreement. I had to get full coverage for the rental car because my personal car insurance did not have comprehensive coverage but I could not drive a rental car without full coverage especially when I was forced to get a rental car because of their policy holder's %100 fault. I had a nightmare for having to deal with this accident in the middle of all other issues for weeks. Finally I just wanted it to be over and made an agreement with them saying that they would cover all the expenses and pay me an amount for my damages. After they made me sign the agreement to close the claim, they stick the rental car insurance to my credit card and now they are saying that they wont pay that money. It is $255 which is a lot of money for me. These people are ABSOLUTE LIARS AND CROOKS... BEWARE!!!

Awful insurance company -- will sell out your policy to another company without telling you and then take no responsibility when that other company fails to send you mail, bills, notices, etc... Doesn't have right info coordinated with insurance company they sold you to. Disorganized, untrained employees handling very important things for you and your family.

Somebody crashed my car like 3 weeks ago and I was trying to do a clain to the person Farm bureau insurance the crash behind me and these people really they're not trying to help me and it was really really rude the person in the phone they don't answer my calls and it's really bad costumer service
