All I can say is I totally agree with all the previous 5-star reviews. I can’t say it any better so I will just say Naomi and Elizabeth are the best. They really know all aspects of their business. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel like you’re at home. They provide prospective tenants with excellent information for making a good housing decision and they keep the property and units looking great too. Couldn’t ask for better management. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We wanted to express our utmost appreciation for the stellar professional caring customer service we received from Miss Elizabeth Leal. Her enthusiasm with a welcoming can do characteristic mannerism swayed us in deciding to look no further at other places and take harbor with your beautiful complex. Her and her alone made our visit a truly positive experience. Thus looking forward to my moving in just that more pleasant.

Elizabeth was very helpful with my move in process and finding the perfect unit to live in. If you wanna come live here I especially recommend coming here. She was kind and thoughtful and never made me feel uncomfortable. She answered every question I had and honestly I appreciate everything she did for me. 🙌🏾🩷

This place is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous landscaping and more amenities than you could ever hope for! The office staff is kind, warm, and welcoming, and they actually care about their residents, not just getting money. I would move here a thousand times over!

The team here is top-notch. Naomi and Elizabeth are great to work with. Everything from the leasing process to moving in has been smooth because of them. They have gone above and beyond to help me.

The absolute most amazing complex in Tallahassee by far. Naomi was my favorite part of the whole process, from the tour of the place to my move in. Even now she still helps me out. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Haven’t had any issues yet and I even renewed my lease! Love it!

Naomi, the Director at Century Capital City is wonderful. She was responsive to our many calls in planning the move remotely, answering all of our questions about the complex and Tallahassee in general. We had no issues moving in and were impressed with the facilities and apartment. Some very minor issues were addressed the same day we made notifications. She reached out a few days later to check in on us. I’m very happy with our selection of Century Capital City, and especially with Naomi’s professionalism and patience. She made a stressful long-distance move much more pleasant.

I could not be more happy with this place! Staff is amazing and Naomi the manager is very friendly, Attentive and always helpful she make sure to take care of everyone. I do highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking !

Have seen/felt a huge difference in quality service since Naomi has become manager at Century Capital City. She responds and takes care of issues immediately. But most importantly, she's gone above and beyond to make her residents feel welcome and like family. Her charming, down to earth, friendly, warm, positive, smiling personality and spirit, has made my experience here even better... And I've never experienced resident appreciation week anywhere I've lived before. My daughters have been enjoying/loving it as well! On Monday staff handed out chicken biscuit sandwiches and drinks from the most famous and delicious chicken chain there is. The following day residents could stop by the office for candy bars, and yesterday was a blast. My daughters had ice pops, and the adults had a chance to relax with adult beverages for wine down Thursday. Me and my girls are looking forward to tonight for our free small pizza! Additionally, you really can't beat all the amenities here, the gorgeous scenery, and all for a very affordable price! Love the new maintenance team too! Once I conveniently fill out an online maintenance request, they fix any issues in a short period of time. Love the management, staff, and new team. Hope they stay for a very long time. My family has truly enjoyed/loved living here! We wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Best apartment living experience in town! Units are spacious/cozy/homie. The apartment manager, aka Mrs. Naomi, and entire team are super friendly and always available and willing to assist. They will even call you back when no voicemail is left to be sure all is okay. Maintenance requests are handled timely. Awesome amenities, what’s advertised is exactly what you get. Tenants are shown appreciation: just had a week of treats- pizza, candy, refreshing drinks in this FL heat, etc. Like it so much that we downsized here instead of moving elsewhere.

Honestly, what really made me confident to move here was because of Naomi’s stellar customer service and care. She’s very bubbly and super friendly. She’s extremely attentive to our needs and really helped make this move to be a smooth transition for my siblings and I. I know that if I have any complaints or concerns I can always reach out to Naomi and she does her best have a solution for the issue and that matters a lot to our satisfaction of living here as tenants. The place is beautiful and property management does a great job at keeping up with the property and the amenities. I love the update to the pergolas. I just want to note one thing though if we can get some more parking lights that would be amazing. I have young siblings and I just want to make sure the community is well lit for their safety.

My experience living here is definitely above a five star rating. The management works hard to make sure this complex is well kept and of quality living. Ms. Naomi does an extraordinary job in making sure all of your needs are met and all of your questions are answered with quickness. She really makes sure all of the residents are more than satisfied with anything you need from the management team or within this complex as a whole.

My wife and I lucked into an apartment here in August 2022 when no one else had anything available. Naomi made the move-in process seamless and also took care of us if things went wrong with services or appliances in the apartment. The amenities are great and well maintained. The only reason we left is that we bought a house. Highly recommend this property. You will be taken care of.

Since moving in February, I have had a great experience living at Century Capital City! Naomi has been nothing short of amazing.. from the move-in process to dealing with any maintenance issues (something as simple as an anthill in the grass in front of my unit was taken care of within the day)! The property is always maintained.. and we are regularly emailed regarding any important or fun information about the complex (repairs, refurbishments, office hours, food trucks, events).. they even send a reminder email for your rent (which should be common sense, but we all get busy). Our pool is gorgeous, our gym is stocked, our grounds are manicured, and our trash is valet. It's a great place to live.

My now 11-yr old Maltese, Roxy, and I moved in on October 1, 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made in my senior years! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Roxy and I take early morning walks and late evening walks and I have never felt unsafe walking this complex at night with all the beautiful street lamps peeking thru the many trees and giving us ample light to walk safely. I enjoy the convenience of the gym. And sitting out by the pool reading every Saturday morning, even in the colder months, because it is just so pretty. Owners and site management have changed several times over the years, but each time the new team picks up without a hitch and keeps things running smoothly....which not easy to do in a 325 unit complex! I always get a prompt response to any maintenance requests and if it can't be fixed that day, I'm given an estimate of when it will be fixed. Now, is there never a bump in the road? Of course there is with a complex this size. The important thing to know about bumps is that they are acknowledged and dealt with as soon as possible. So, I highly recommend Century Capital City to you, if you are looking for a centrally located complex to call your home.

I lived here for four years and never had a problem. Maintenance requests answered in a timely fashion, property well maintained and clean, office staff friendly and helpful, amenities always well kept, and the amazon locker hub for packages was a life saver! I could not have picked a better place to stay.

Naomi was incredible to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and give honest answers about the property. I immediately went home and applied after our tour and can't speak highly enough of her prompt service and support throughout the process.

Century Capital City is a wonderful complex to live, enjoy the amenities and make new friends. Naomi is a true treasure to this community. She is always happy to assist with any issues you may have and you never have to ask her twice.

This was one of the best moves ever. The apartment complex is extremely nice, clean and well kept. This transition has been so smooth and Naomi has made sure everything was ready the day of move in. She’s always super friendly and bubbly when I come in the office. The staff definitely has super exceeded my expectations. So far me and my family love it here. It’s so peaceful
